On December 24, 2012, in an early morning vision, I was assigned the duty and responsibility to be the messenger of the Pillar of Light. This assignment did not take me by surprise in as much as I had been preparing for this day since at least 1986, see The Lighthouse Keeper has Returned, though I knew not the form the assignment was to take. But once having the assignment, from that auspicious day forward, the question has relentlessly loomed before me, as to exactly WHEN we could expect the Pillar of Light to appear. And I must admit to experiencing, over the last 30 months, a certain amount of ongoing agony in this gnawing ever-present question, ARE WE THERE YET? --- a question that never had a definite answer.

     Early on, I was given the answer albeit in cryptic form. When the message is ready, the Pillar of Light will appear. But who decides when the message is ready? I have discovered, over time, after more than one false start, that it is not my role to decide when the message is ready, that God our Father and our Mother reserve to themselves this judgement.

     However, with the lens of attunement in a more refined and highly polished state, I believe, I now have from THEM the signal that the message is now ready, inherent in this directive received, to publish this rather audacious declaration, as to the imminent manifestation of the Pillar of Light.

     I can tell you, these four words, Declaration of Imminent Manifestation, came to me with clarity and force, a crystal clear vision event that showed me exactly where these four words wanted to go, right there, at the top of this website. And so, that's where I put them.

     And so, finally, after more than 30 months of waiting, with the publication of the Statement of Purpose, June 24, 2015 (see below), against the backdrop of the background information published on December 25, 2014 (see below), and that against the full backdrop of the content of this website, Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com, the message is ready, or least the first installment of the message.

     Of course, the overall message that the Pillar of Light would give to the people of America, and the earth, is much larger than what these two documents, and this website overall currently contain. However, the much larger message that would be delivered, would have no meaning, would have no relevance, unless the first message is assimilated and acted upon by the American people. For surely, as the June 24, 2015 statement makes clear, "If you don't stop abortion, America will be destroyed." If the people don't heed this message, it is all over for America, and there is really nothing left to be said, but only tears of sorrow, not of joy, to shed. Yes, great hopes were vested in America, and her destruction will leave the universe itself stunned. If tears flowing upon the cheeks of angels make a sound, the entire universe may thunder for a time like unto Niagara Falls, but it will not be a sound wherein any kind of happiness can be discerned, only a roar of tragic sorrow it will be, a gigantic groan of solar pain if you will, one of the most unique and rare sounds ever to be heard among the countless and listening galaxies.

     And that day looms upon us, for if the Republican Party does not end its entanglement with the forces of racism, there is no hope that the magnitude of political will necessary to end abortion in America can coalesce and find expression within existing constitutional processes. The future has this cloud of sorrow over it, for it is an open question whether the Republican Party can find the will to accomplish this long neglected internal house cleaning.

     And in this regard, it will be interesting to see what impact the current Donald Trump spectacle has upon the Republican Party's posture in relationship to the issue of racism during the currently unfolding 2016 Presidential Campaign.

     Note that the issue of racism in the Republican Party cannot be properly understood, confronted and dealt with unless the 1964 Goldwater Fiasco is also fully understood. In summary, at the very height of the cresting wave of Civil Rights progress being made in 1964, the Republican Party fielded a candidate for President, in Senator Barry Goldwater, who opposed the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the minority communities will never forget it, even though most Republicans have.      The outlook, in this regard, is not exactly bright. An article in the Washington Post for July 15, 2015 declares, "Donald Trump's popularity has surged among Republicans after dominating several news cycles with his anti-illegal immigration rhetoric, according to a new Washingon Post-ABC News poll." According to the Washington Post, the last poll that measured Trumps status within the Republican Party showed an unfavorable rating of 65%. In this poll, that unfavorable rating dropped to 40%, with his favorable rating surging to 57%. As the Post points out, that means nearly six in ten Republicans now look upon Donald Trump favorably. For six in ten Republicans, something within them resonates harmoniously with this racial hostility and insensitivity.

     Make no mistake about it. The Mitt Romney voters are flocking to Trump's banner of racial hostility and insensitivity. Like their master Trump, they are totally unaware that we live in a new racial environment. This is the question. How long will it take for the "Two Donald" euphemism, in relationship to the Republican Party, to become indelibly anchored in the minds of the American people?

	ON THE BRIGHT SIDE With the appearance of the Pillar of Light, God our Father and Mother, I Am That I Am, will have made Newbury Park, and the greater Conejo Valley, into the #1 tourist destination on the planet. This will be accompanied by an unprecedented expansion of economic activity, wealth and abundance, and a corresponding rise of property values across the board. (think healing power)

     Whether America, as such, will have a history going forward, depends on whether the American people can muster the political will to coalesce the national constitutional majority required to end legal abortion in America once and for all. If that can't happen, America has no further (constructive) role to play in the divine plan of the earth. What does that mean? The Pillar of Light comes to reinforce conscience in this respect, making it clear, that this is no ordinary decision that the American people face in this hour. It is a life or death decision for the nation as a whole.

     Surely there remains enough residual light within the collective consciousness of the American people for them to understand that a state of universal rebellion against the application of the Golden Rule to the fundamental relationships of society, cannot be allowed to continue.

     Having been given one last opportunity, if the American people consciously choose the side of the Anti-Christ through an orderly democratic decision process, the heavenly host will have no choice, but to simply stand aside and allow the full brunt of the karmic storm

     The Pillar of Light comes to warn the people that a storm approaches which will threaten the very survival of their nation. If the people do not move back to their foundation in God, in Christ, the nation cannot survive. The Pillar of Light comes as a reference point, a bright light in the darkness, to show the people the way to save themselves, and their nation.

     The Pillar of Light is the Power of God our Father and our Mother made manifest before the eyes of the people. The Pillar of Light is the Wisdom of God our Father and our Mother made manifest before the eyes of the people. The Pillar of Light is the Love of God our Father and our Mother made manifest before the eyes of the people.

     More than anything else, the Pillar of Light is the Mercy of God our Father and our Mother made manifest before the eyes of the people. Again, the Mercy, the Mercy, of God our Father and our Mother, made manifest before the eyes of the people.

     The Pillar of Light stands before us with many important messages for the Children of God in America.

     I Am the Messenger of this Pillar of Light, and this is the First Message, and I will repeat it three times:

     The Pillar of Light stands before us for this primary purpose, to warn us, and to allay all doubt in this regard, that this storm of consequence approaches.

     Now, God our Father and our Mother desire for their children to understand why this storm of consequence must be unleashed; and especially to understand that the Pillar of Light brings an important opportunity for mitigation. Yes, especially to understand that the Pillar of Light brings an important opportunity for mitigation.

     Accordingly, time will be provided for that understanding to come forth, for the people to digest and assimilate that understanding, and to act on that understanding, before the storm front makes full land fall.

     However, the people should understand that the time is short. The time is short. Because the time is short, it would be gloriously prudent for the American people to begin moving in the direction of an abortion-free America immediately.

     And in that regard let this be clearly understood.

     God our Father and our Mother desire, and it is their requirement, that abortion end in America only through established and legitimate Constitutional processes and procedures.      Choices made by the American people in this hour will have fateful repercussions across the enter face of this earth; for the American people hold the fate of the whole planet in their hands. America is the keystone in the archway of planetary freedom; allow that keystone to be destroyed, the archway will fall, and it will fall for the people of the whole planet.

     Because America is a democracy, every citizen has a role to play, and a vote to cast, in answering this question, as to whether America lives, or dies. And consequently, whether all corollary traditions of freedom on this planet will either survive, or fail.

     Remember the Titanic. The story of the sinking of the Titanic has special relevance to the United States of America in this hour. The Titanic was headed for America when she sank. But not only that. Just as the builders and operators of the Titanic boasted of her supposedly unsinkable strength, so too do American politicians, in search of votes, passage fares if you will, place the same false hopes in the hearts and minds of the American people. But America is not unsinkable.

     The truth is, that America hit her own iceberg, taking on that mortal wound in her own hull 42 years ago, and she has been taking on water, and slowing sinking, ever since. Today the ship of state is listing sharply, and rides dangerously low in the water. The coming storm will surely send her to the bottom, unless the people take action.

     This is the warning. The end is near. But that end need not arrive. The Mercy of God yet stands as a Golden Goblet on the Kitchen Table. The ship can survive, and continue her journey, if the people can find their way back to their native humility, and in the spirit of repentance, reach out their hands and hearts to God our Father and Mother for help.

     As members of the media who will be covering this stupendous visual phenomena coast to coast, the people will look to you for the answers. And therefore I expect that the members of the media will have many questions for me as to the purpose of this phenomenal, magnificent, stupendous, and in some respects, explosive manifestation, and its reason for coming forth at this time.

     Phenomenal it is. And magnificent too. And yes, explosive as well, because the first result of the manifestation of the Pillar of Light will be to explode the false belief in the materialist mind, that there is no God. All of the precarious and rickety, albeit towering scaffolding of delusion, psychological, emotional, and material, which the people have built upon the foundation of that illusion, will shake, it will rattle, and it will roll, and it will sway to and fro, and then, it will fall into a pile of rubble. And the world will be a better place for it. It is not possible that God, our Dear Heavenly Father, our Dear Heavenly Mother, I Am That I Am, whose hearts overflow with love for each one of us, could give their children in America and upon the earth, a greater Christmas Gift than this.

     For the soul, the mind is the gateway to truth. And so, let the doors, long barred and bolted from within, be swung open. And let the light of truth flood into that mind now.

     Yes, there will be many questions. But for some amount of time I will not be available to make any statements, nor to produce any press releases, nor to release any information beyond that which has been heretofore published on this website, Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com, regarding the Pillar of Light, and its association with the Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com Neon Sign project and the related legal battle with Ventura County government officials which is now in the appeal phase.

     Your sole source for primary information, regarding the Pillar of Light and the Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com background, for some amount of time, will be the content of this website. Because of this, there are a couple of content and availability issues that my friends in the press should be aware of.

     To begin with, I have preserved the historical record herein. All previous posts are left intact, including the original February 11, 2013 Pillar of Light Press Release, and the second, December 22, 2013 Pillar of Light Press Release, which is one-year-old today, associated with the December 25, 2013 dry run.

     In relationship to the Press Release of December 22, 2013, you will see that I declared my intent therein to have the Pillar of Light Message Communication Document - Volume 1 ready for publication at the very moment the Pillar of Light would appear. And it was ready, at least as far as I understood what "ready" meant. One year later, and for various reasons, this is no longer possible, so references to that plan in the press release will not apply to present day circumstances.

     At that writing the Pillar of Light Message Communication Document - Volume 1 stood at 241 pages, and it was my impression, at that point in time, that it was complete. Though I have learned that there is a difference in principle between a level of completeness that the current level of understanding allows, and the level of understanding that was actually required to achieve the level of completeness that the Heavenly Host was looking for. And so, time allows for greater depths of understanding to coalesce in the mind, levels of understanding that were important to include, and which were subsequently anchored in my mind, and which were included in the document over the last several months.

     Today the Pillar of Light Message Communication Document - Volume 1 stands at nearly 500 pages, and it will expand beyond that point, given the fact that the approach of this Christmas Season and the imminent manifestation of the Pillar of Light has caught me midway through an important introductory dissertation, regarding the restoration of the constitutional order, which I believe will take several more weeks to complete. There is no possibility that this document could be ready by Christmas Day 2014. I am also aware that the structure and content of this important document should reflect the structure and content of unfolding circumstances associated with the people's response to the Pillar of Light as a visual phenomena, as a first-ever manifestation, in this age, of the Power of God's Love before the eyes of the people, and as the marker of the last known position of the Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com Neon Sign, confiscated by Ventura County government officials on August 5, 2013.

     In regards to another content issue, that of the December 24, 2012 origin of the Pillar of Light project, I see that the first press release is silent on that subject, allowing for a mistaken impression to form in the mind that the Pillar of Light project could have been a product of my own mind. The second press release is more precise, characterizing the Pillar of Light project as an "assignment" but did not go into sufficient detail to make perfectly clear what the nature of the assignment was, and by whom it was assigned. To clarify this important subject area for the record, the Pillar of Light Project was given to me as an assignment in the early morning of December 24, 2012, in the form of a crystal clear vision. I was given to see a Pillar of Light tightly surrounding the Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com neon sign. The Pillar of Light was about 12 feet in diameter, rising into the sky as far as the eye can see, and it was visible for miles and miles around. I spent dozens of hours in a process of confirming the validity of the vision, and preparing myself, from that point forward, for its ultimate manifestation, a period of time which included navigating the various challenges associated with the jury trial over the legality of the sign installation itself, and its ultimate confiscation. Through all of that I always hoped and believed that the point of manifestation was always just around the corner. I would have never been able to accept the idea, at that time, or at any point along the way, that it would be a full two years before the Pillar of Light would come into manifestation. That God our Father and Mother had a specific agenda of internal education to unfold, was something that could only become apparent with the passage of time.

     Our little brother, the western scrub jay, see the photo above, as he rises with a precious acorn in his beak, helps to make this important point that, timing is everything. But I would ask you, and I would ask you to think about this: Who was it that actually clicked the iphone camera shutter at that precise moment in time? Consider the degree of precision that we are talking about here. From the moment the blue jay stood there triumphant with that precious acorn in his beak, to the moment wherein he took flight, and was out of sight within the Ivy above, this could not have been more than one second, a very short period of time from the human perspective, which can be made to appear longer by expressing it in terms of milliseconds; one second divided into one-thousand compartments of equal length. The opening of the iphone shutter had to be very precise, opening at the precise one millisecond window, that would capture the precise moment when the blue jay exhibited to the onlooker this state of perfect symmetry in flight. Who is it that is consciously capable of selecting and capturing such a perfect moment in time? Who was it that actually clicked the iphone camera shutter at that precise moment in time? The answer to this question is very important to me.

     Regarding the issue of the ongoing availability of the important information content of this website — 95% of the information of which resides on this single in-depth home page — I would alert the members of the media to this fact that it is uncertain how long this site will be accessible, making it advisable, in order to secure access to this reference material, that the page you are on be saved to your computer hard drive at your earliest opportunity, and at the same time, save a copy of the PDF version of this full statement, available at the links in the title area above, and at the bottom of the statement below.

     I say this because I will not have the money to pay for what I anticipate to be an exponential rise in website traffic once the Pillar of Light is manifest, and once the people understand that this is the only source of information regarding it.

6. For the people of America, and the Earth, the Pillar of Light comes as a last dispensation of mercy, and as the Only Hope for Holding the Balance in the midst of this Oncoming Storm, the Only Hope for Calling the People Back to their Moral Foundation in God Before the Storm Hits.

7. The Pillar of Light Comes as a final expression of mercy and hope to get the people's attention, to notify them of the egregious extent and nature of their errors, and to persuade them of the wisdom of reversing course in several fundamental areas.

     The appearance of the Pillar of Light alerts America to an important fact. The storm mentioned above is Real and it is Powerful, and it is moving in our direction. Because the Pillar of Light has come into full manifestation, because it is visible to the eyes of all people, we know from this, that this is the signal, that the storm is on its way, and it cannot be turned back.

     However, the Pillar of Light also brings with it, along with the alert, a dispensation of mercy. There is time to mitigate the intensity of this oncoming storm. There is time for the people to elicit from the Heart of God, a mitigation of the destructive impact that this oncoming storm will have upon America.

     The question is, what will America look like after the storm passes? Will the whole of America look like a flattened Kansas town after a tornado has blown through? Or will the velocity, intensity, and trajectory of the tornado be mitigated, allowing some structures to be left standing? Homes and factories, roads and bridges, can be rebuilt, but that is not so easy with the institutional structures associated with our constitutional form of government. And that really is the most important question for America. Will America survive this oncoming storm as a free nation?

     If no mitigation factors come into play, the answer is No, America will not survive as a free nation. Without mitigation, large scale destruction and political and geographic balkanization will fracture the continent. The principle of freedom will be no more than a sacred memory. However, if mitigation factors come into play in sufficient quantity, then it is possible that America and its constitutional structure will survive, along with the majority of the population who will remain free to rebuild.

     The Pillar of Light will remain towering over the landscape of America to assist the people in overcoming the onslaught of doubt and scepticism that will attack every mind at the hearing of these words, allowing the people to stand steady, and to soberly reflect on what must be done to ensure the survival of America. Fix your mind on the magnitude of this Pillar of Light. In this regard, this is a Great Gift. In this magnitude is the Love of God our Father and Mother for their children, and their desire for these Children to wake up, and take the action necessary to understand why this storm has come upon them, and what they must do to mitigate it, and what they must do to guard America from ever receiving another such unwelcome (though self-inflicted) visitation.

     The Pillar of Light Message Communication Document - Volume 1 will be released at some point in the next few months to explain all of these important points in a manner thorough enough, and sufficient enough in detail to enable the people to understand their predicament, for the goal of God our Father and Mother is for their Children to understand. As the storm front begins to push ashore, the people will know why, and they will know what to do.

     Lives are on the line, and the very future of freedom in America as well, as we move to understand the first mitigation factor. Yes we have some time, but not a second of it should be wasted.

     The search for a rational and reasonable basis for right action in this regard, must include the proper interpretation of the term "Anti-Christ", and the correct recognition of the trends thereof, which the people have anchored and institutionalized in a manner so concrete that they cannot be reversed or undone without Direct Divine Intercession. What does the term "Anti-Christ" mean? And what are the trends associated with the spirit of "Anti-Christ"?

     Understanding these principles, and finding in that understanding an answer to these two questions is the first step we must take in ensuring that America can survive this oncoming storm.

     On this Christmas Day 2014 — the single most important Christmas Day in the history of America, and the earth, a Christmas Day that will stand out in the memory of the people of this planet for thousands upon thousands of years — let the people of America initiate a very important process of reflection, on a national scale, regarding the degree to which the patterns of life in America and upon the earth correspond to the Teachings of Christ. What are the Teachings of Christ? What aspects of American Culture are in harmony with these Teachings? And what aspects of the American culture stand in direct opposition to these Teachings? To identify what is Pro-Christ, is the first step in properly identifying what is Anti-Christ.

     Some people will say that this distinction doesn't matter, and we shouldn't be bothered with such a trifling intellectual exercise. But the Pillar of Light, alerting us to the oncoming storm, which will destroy our nation if we don't figure this out, tells us that not only does this matter, it is the key to the survival of the nation.

     The essential message that the Master Jesus Christ brought to the earth 2,000 years ago, was centered on the preeminence of Love. And the term "Love" as he used it, in every situation where he used it, is to be interpreted as the capacity to value God our Father and Mother, and what they have Created, especially when it comes to their Children, no matter the color of their skin.

     The capacity to value God, and what God has created, especially when it comes to their Children, no matter the color of their skin, is a capacity of the Heart. It is not a capacity of the mind, which focuses on what the eyes reveal concerning the different way things appear in the outer world. The capacity to Value God, and What God has created, is the central capacity of the Heart which has a vision faculty associated with it. Every time the Master Jesus Christ used the word "Love" he was pointing to the absolutely essential challenge before all people to develop this capacity of the heart.

     The First Commandment, written down on that stone tablet so long ago, and carried to the people by the Prophet Moses, which the Master Jesus Christ spoke to, to Love the Lord your God, with your whole Heart, your whole Mind, and your whole Soul, points in the direction of developing the capacity to value God, and what God has Created, especially people, no matter the color of their skin.

     The New Commandment, which the Master Jesus Christ gave to us, "to Love one another, as I have loved you," while inherently implied within the First Commandment, builds upon it, and brings into the open the inner workings.

     The New Commandment, "to Love one another, as I have loved you," tells us directly, that in order to fulfill the First Commandment, we must develop the capacity to value our fellow man, no matter the color of their skin, as God our Father and Mother value these Children, whom they have Created; that we must gain direct access to the Perspective of God our Father and Mother, in terms of how much they value the Children which they have created.

     The Master Jesus Christ, the Master of Love, is telling us that Love is the capacity of the heart to value our fellow man as God our Father and Mother value them, that the capacity to Love is essentially a state of Harmony with the value system of God our Father and Mother.

     As we focus our attention on acquiring an increased degree of familiarity with this value system of God, we find very quickly, that this value system of God applies to us personally. As we focus our attention on how much God our Father and Mother love and value the people around us, we enter into a state of attunement with the degree of love, the degree of valuing, that God our Father and Mother extend to us individually, providing the soul with a very important foundation of self-worth. We find that the two domains of knowledge are one domain of knowledge, providing the soul with the essential psychological foundation for the maintenance of harmony in all relationships.

     I am using the term love here in the same manner as before, as indicating a capacity to value. In God our Father and Mother, we see the capacity to value the Children they have created. And they do greatly value the Children they have created, no matter the color of their skin.

     And because God is God, what God our Father and Mother value, they value powerfully. To be aware of God's Love for you personally, means to be aware of how powerfully valuable you are to Them. And in receiving this knowledge of how powerfully valuable you are to Them, you receive at the same time, the knowledge of how powerfully valuable every child is to them, each one, no matter the color of their skin.

     If the people of America and the Earth, took the Teachings of Christ to heart, on the subject of love, and worked with this quintessentially historically important Master of Love to developed this divine capacity of the heart, according to his commandment, a capacity of the heart that would speak to their souls regarding the value of every Child God has created, then Racism would not be a problem on this planet.

     But of course Racism is a problem on this planet, and within the Republican Party to boot. Given the noble beginning of the Republican Party, the party of Abraham Lincoln, the Great Emancipator, who could have imagined that such a legacy could be left behind so completely?

     I see that something I wrote above fits into the flow of ideas here, so I ask the reader's pardon for quoting myself:

"For the soul, the mind is the gateway to truth. And so, let the doors, long barred and bolted from within, be swung open. And let the light of truth flood into that mind now."

     This points to an interesting fact about both the divine heart and the human mind. The divine heart is always the source of divine information. That's what it's there for. Currently, the (fallen) soul lives in a compartment of mind, self-sealed from the domain of light, outside of which, on the other side of the walls that comprise the structure of the lower mind, resides this ever present source of divine information within the divine heart. If you want to know how much God Loves (Values) you, then you get that information from the heart center of your own being. If you want to know how much God Loves (Values) your brothers and sisters, no matter the color of their skin, then you get that information in the same way, from the divine heart center of your own being.

     But to allow that information to flood into your consciousness, you must work with the Heavenly Host to create a doorway within your own mind, a doorway, that when opened, will allow that light to flood into your mind. This doorway would be in your own mind, and once established, you will have control over whether it is open or closed. You can open and close it when you want to.

     And what do the doorways of the mind look like? Doorways that allow light into the mind, are thought structures that represent spiritual truth. Walls that keep the light out of the mind, are what you might want to call mindless thought structures, multi-layered accretions that represent the substance of falsehood.

     And so we see why the Master Jesus Christ said, that the truth shall set you free. Yes, he actually said that 2,000 years ago, and for good reason. If you could anchor pure truth in your mind, which would include the anchoring of truth within all subconscious domains, the walls would disappear, and the full light of God would flood into your mind, and you would KNOW, you would know how much God our Father and Mother value YOU, no matter the color of your skin. And each one of us can get there, by creating one doorway of truth, one doorway unto the light, after another.

     However, a doorway into the mind is not something that is simply painted upon the inner wall. And it is no coincidence that we have such a rich and universal metaphor so closely at hand to help us all understand this. Indeed, home renovation.

     It is much the same with the building of such doorways in the mind, though the soul plays an essential role in the anchoring of thought structures that represent spiritual truth. This explains why freewill is so important. This can only be done by the exercise of the freewill. And when I say anchoring, I really mean anchoring. If you want a doorway that you can open and close at will, this requires a structure of truth that is as solid as a physical door in the wall of your own home. For it to be useful to you, it is not something that can be here today and gone tomorrow.

     Now, this metaphor could be extended and quite accurately so, to perfectly fit all the elements of the statement above. But the bottom line is that discipline in thought in the direction of God is the way to build such pathways of light into the mind.

     The light is always there, the Love of God is always there, the care and concern and the valuing of God in relationship to you personally is always upon you, you just need to establish a pathway for that light to enter your conscious mind.

     But the complexity of the task of establishing such pathways of light into the conscious mind are so formidable, that the assistance of a Divine Contractor is always required. This construction process cannot be accomplished by the soul on its own.

     Where can you find a qualified Divine Contractor to help you in the establishing of these pathways of light into the conscious mind? The Master Jesus Christ is the President and CEO of a very large Divine Contracting Firm in this regard, an organization far larger than all the corporations combined that populate the economic landscape of civilization on earth. Hundreds of thousands of deputy contractors are employed which work with the people of every nation, and within every religious community on the earth (I have sheep not of this fold). And yes, what I have said here applies to every Child of God, no matter the color of their skin.

     Every Child of God, no matter the color of their skin, if they want to know how much God Loves (Values) them personally, and how much God Loves (Values) each of their brothers and sisters, they can know this, and they are expected to know this. It is actually a criteria unto salvation for every person on the earth, notwithstanding various misconceptions that various people continue to entertain, indeed within minds wherein no pathways unto the light have been consciously built.

     In honor of Christmas Day, and before moving on to the subject of racism and its presence within the Republican Party, I wanted to note that the home renovation metaphor provides a useful reference point that will help us to understand the meaning of an important statement made two-thousand years ago by the Master Jesus Christ, the Master of Love, the current President and CEO of a planet wide Divine Contracting organization. During his Galilean mission, the Master Jesus Christ said, "no man comes unto the Father but by me."

     This statement is to be understood in the context of this essential process, whereby doorways of light are created within the otherwise impenetrable walls of the (lower) mind of the (fallen) soul, which, when installed, allow the Light of Truth to flood in, as we have been talking about, most importantly the truth about how much God our Father and Mother VALUE you, and all of their Children, each one, without regard to the color of their skin.

     Creating doorways of light for this information to flood into the consciousness of the soul, which is essential for the reestablishment of an immovable foundation of self-worth within the soul psychology, and moreover, which is essential in grooming the soul to become an electrode of harmony within society, is a complex building process that can only be implemented by professional builders, those who are a part of this one Divine Contracting organization which operates under the guidance and direction of the President and CEO, the Master of Love, the Master Jesus Christ.

     When the Master Jesus Christ made that statement two-thousand years ago, he knew what his assigned mission was to be for many thousands of years hence. God our Father and Mother had given to him the responsibility of heading up this effort to work with the fallen souls on this planet, to build these doorways of light into the conscious mind, the building of these pathways of light into the mind being a prerequisite unto salvation, for no soul can return to the heaven world without the aforementioned foundation of self-worth, and without having achieved a state of illumination that would allow him or her to be a harmonious contributor within the context of those higher divine civilizations.

     As noted above, this organization serves the whole planet, and the needs of all people, in all nations, regardless of the color of their skin, and regardless of the religious traditions within which they have been born, and in most cases bound by tradition.

     If any soul, in any tradition, has a genuine interest in the subject of God's Love, and the subject of God's Love is a fundamental factor in all traditions, the Master Jesus Christ, and his Divine Contracting organization are on the scene, helping the soul to build that doorway. Surely, if the soul understands what is going on, they can make much quicker process. If they understood that this doorway building process follows the criteria that the Master Jesus Christ set forth in his teachings regarding the preeminence of Love, they would make faster progress.

     The complexity of the salvation process, should be noted. The Divine Contractor, and the subcontractor assigned to a particular door installation project have duties on both sides of the wall. They have duties to both inspire and guide the soul in the design of the doorway. They have the duty, and the job to install the actual doorway, when properly designed and properly anchored within the mind of the soul. This design and anchoring process is always a matter of the soul's freewill in the expression of a consistent determination over time, for all manner of distraction mechanisms must be overcome. They have the duty to teach the soul how the doorway is to be opened, if the soul allows it to swing closed, and this is a major issue to deal with, as there are many things within the fallen soul psychology that will slam closed these already installed doors. And when the calls are made for the door to be opened again, they have the duty and the responsibility to determine, after evaluating the progressional status of the soul, how far the door can be opened.

     Remember, beyond the doorway is infinite light, infinite power, infinite love. At some point the soul will be able to receive, process, and constructively utilize a magnificent subset of that infinite power, that infinite light, that infinite love, but that state of internal development is a considerable distance down the road for most of the souls embodied on this planet. Until the soul reaches that level of development, the Divine Contractor has an ongoing responsibility to determine how much light comes through the door, when the door is open. And when one door is anchored and installed the goal is to inspire the soul to go for the installation of additional pathways of light, which require the installation of additional doorways, but one at a time. Working with the Master on these renovation projects will take the soul from a state of darkness, into a state of light. And the light that is within the mind will be the light of love, a light of illumination, exposing to the inner vision of the heart, a vast domain of information that love makes available, according to the purposes of God for a particular soul.

     It is of course important to make note of this important fact, that for the soul who has fallen into darkness, and away from these essential domains of divine information, life on planet earth is the only place where this renovation work can be accomplished, and that these souls reincarnate upon this planet until the renovation work has been completed. The physical vehicle is specially designed to support this renovation work. It is designed to allow the soul to have the home the soul wants without regard to any principle or issue related to God, for a time. And it is designed to allow this renovation work to proceed forward once the soul understands the purpose of it, and agrees to it.

     The idea that one's salvation, i.e. that this renovation work, is guaranteed through a simple belief in Jesus Christ is a major error entertained by too many who are members of the Christian Community worldwide. Belief in the Master Jesus Christ is important of course, but represents only one-half of the salvation/renovation equation. What you actually do with that belief while you are in embodiment on earth is the other half of the equation. The actuality of salvation is comprised of the work that we do in cooperation with Christ, while in embodiment, this renovation work, in building these pathways of light into the conscious mind and in making them permanent.

     For example, the thought structures of truth that make this renovation work possible can only be anchored in the outer mind, the lower mind, the lower mind compartment, through the freewill affirmation of the soul. You must use your voice as the most important creative instrument that God gave to you, to anchor thought structures of truth within the mind. This is not easy work, as the structures of error that comprise the walls, don't want to move aside. It takes effort over time to accomplish your end of the work. And No one can do this for you. You must do this yourself. And you can do it. It is well to remember the word of the Prophet on this point, Thou shalt decree a thing and it shall be established unto thee. The soul, again, by freewill, initiates and sustains this process over time through prayer and affirmation. The participation of the Divine Contractor is activated and sustained over time through prayer and affirmation (knock and it shall be opened unto you - ask and you shall receive). And of course, and this is a key point, that the structure of truth that one is making the effort to integrate within the mind must at the same time be integrated into the whole life expression. The Master Jesus Christ can't do this for you, or for anyone. He surely has the power to install the doorways, but he can't lift a finger in this regard without the freewill effort of the home owner to make the incoming light mean something, lasting and constructive, for himself, his family, and his community, and nation.

     And here we will return to the subject of what is eminently Anti-Christ by definition.

     All factors that oppose the people's perception of God's Love, i.e. how much God our Father and Mother VALUE every child they have created, no matter the color of their skin, would be defined as a factor of Anti-Christ.

     Racism is definitely a major factor in the composite expression of the spirit of Anti-Christ in this nation, and on this planet. The composition of the spirit of Anti-Christ is multi-faceted. Racism is not the only facet, it is one of many, but is always squarely in the category of the most universally destructive in relationship to the Love-Oriented purposes of God our Father and our Mother.

     The First Mitigation Factor, then, has to do with the problem of Racism within the Republican Party, a mitigation factor that only the Republican Party can draw forth from the Heart of God our Father and Mother. Only Republicans can squarely face and reverse the entrenchment of racism within their own party.

     Having this mitigation factor in their own hands, under their own control, in a very real way it could be said that the Republicans have the survival of America in their very own hands. But it is clearly our responsibility to encourage them to do the right thing for the good of the whole nation, keeping in mind that there are six (6) more Anti-Christ trends of national scope that need to be addressed before the oncoming storm can be mitigated to any substantial degree. But first things first.

     The attitude of Racism is always in a mode of actively denying a very important and essential truth, that there is the presence of VALUE in our brothers and sisters, no matter the color of their skin. This attitude of truth-denial is brought into action by the perception of another's skin color. Whenever we reject the VALUE that God our Father and Mother have placed within one of their Children, that is an attitude of Anti-(Divine)Value, being therefore an attitude of Anti-(Divine)Love, and being therefore an attitude of Anti-Christ. Racism rejects the Teachings of Christ on the central subject of Love, and therefore is Anti (i.e. opposed to) the very heart of Christ's Teaching, and is thus Anti-Christ. Racism is one of the darkest threads of Anti-Christ sympathy that yet has a hold upon the souls of the people.

     Sympathy or apologetics expressed in the direction of this force of Anti-Christ draws both the mind and the soul into the very shadow of the Planetary Anti-Christ which can be defined as the aggregate forcefield of all sentient beings, seen or unseen, which embody the spirit of hate. All facets of the aggregate spirit of Anti-Christ extend out of one common center of hate, which is hatred of God our Father and Mother. When an individual becomes resonantly attuned to one of the facets of the Anti-Christ, they become resonantly attuned to the central core of hate, and through that attunement with the central core of hate, will they become incrementally drawn into the expression of the other facets of Anti-Christ, as the force of hate breaks down and dissolves, over time, any and all previously established love-based moral boundaries.

     Yes, the planet has a collective consciousness of hate. All who are aligned to hate are part of it. People who align themselves with any degree of racism are aligning themselves with that collective consciousness of hate, and this will always reduce, substantially, the quality of their lives, and the quality of life around them. The rise of Mitt Romney within the Republican Party, joined at the hip with the Monster of Mormon Racism as he was and is, has had a substantial degrading impact on the spiritual quality of life throughout the entire Republican Party.

     Anyone who suspects that they might have a tinge of racism operating within their heart and mind needs to take a closer look, just as we have regular checkups for cancer. The cancer of racism can ultimately kill the soul.

     When the people are drawn into the shadow of Anti-Christ, in this respect, or any other respect, the people's sense of the value of God, the relevance of God, diminishes, ultimately to zero. And in this shadow the purposes of God cannot be fulfilled in the earth, wherein, the further sponsorship of the development of civilization comes into question. And that is exactly at the point we are at today.

     Point 1 above mentions several trends of Anti-Christ sympathy which have taken hold of the people, and in a manner so tenacious, that no human power exists upon earth that could shake the people free, leading to the judgment that there is nothing that can stop the downward trend of civilization from this point forward, without Direct Divine Intervention. This places a difficult choice before God our Father and Mother. They have had, and yet retain high hopes for America. This nation was to be their beacon of freedom for the planet, not just physical freedom, but spiritual freedom as well. But if things continue on in the same downward direction, there is no heavenly end for this culture, but only an expansion of already existing divisions and polarizations, unto a state of chaos, that will result in the destruction of all institutions of freedom on this continent. Light is not expanding in America today. But only darkness. Under these conditions, the goals which God our Father and Mother have for the salvation of the people are not attainable. America's reason for being has been turned on its head. A nation conceived in freedom, to be a beacon of spiritual freedom for the planet, will become a beacon of Anti-Christ sympathy, which will eventually express itself in a totalitarian form of government. If the heavenly host stand back and do absolutely nothing, this is the inevitable outcome. These trends unto ever mounting levels of Anti-Christ sympathy forbid any further investments of stabilizing power. It is always well to remember that America owes its wealth, prosperity and freedom to the investments God our Father and Mother have heretofore made in this nation, and that no good will come from the withdrawal of that investment activity. Continued dissolution unto chaos, and then consolidation of power in the hands of a few is the only outcome. The question is, how is the situation to be salvaged? The only choice left is to set in motion the law of karmic return. The law of karmic return requires that all the destructivity associated with all thoughts, feelings, and actions which extend out from the shadow of Anti-Christ sympathy must be returned to those who send these energies out. But God our Father and Mother hold the action of this law in abeyance to a substantial degree for the people of the earth as a matter of mercy for long periods of time. However, as the people trend more and more into a shadow of Anti-Christ sympathy their access to the mercy of the law eventually falls to zero. The American people have walked up to the very edge of the abyss in this respect. A portion of this karmic return has been released now for the purpose of shaking the people awake. If they actually wake up, there is hope that the redemptive potential that still resides in the soul of the people and the nation can be preserved. If they don't wake up, the end will come quickly and with a quick end there is mercy as well.

     While there are several trends of Anti-Christ sympathy that the American people must deal with, the entrenched force of Racism within the Republican Party is the place we must begin. The original vision of the Pillar of Light given to me on the morning of December 24, 2012, as noted above, surrounding the Romney's Racist Heart Dot Com Neon Sign, tells us, that this is the first point of entrenched Anti-Christ Sympathy that God our Father and Mother want us to deal with. Dealing with this, and overcoming this is the First Mitigation Factor. Given the correlation of social and political forces in America, there is reason to believe that if this First Mitigation Factor cannot be fulfilled, that the other mitigation factors will remain out of reach, placing the survival of America as a free nation in serious question.

     One of the hallmarks of an entrenched state of Anti-Christ sympathy is the inability of the individual so engulfed to recognize his or her own predicament. In this regard, both the Republicans and the Mormons will deny they have a problem with Racism.

     In the decade or so leading up to the 1964 presidential election, the U.S. Supreme Court was trending in the direction of giving more and more credence to the civil rights amendments that grew out of the Civil War period, amendments which had long been made unto a virtual dead letter by the U.S. Supreme Court during the 1870's. And this progress fanned up great hopes in the hearts and minds of America's African American Community, great hopes fanned up by the racial memory of not just centuries of slavery, but of the abuse and indignity inflicted upon them under the infamous Jim Crow laws over the 70 to 80 years following the period of post Civil War Reconstruction. The progress that the U.S. Supreme Court was making in correcting some of its past errors, inspired the African American Community to look to the U.S. Congress to pass companion enabling legislation to the Civil Rights amendments, which the U.S. Supreme Court, in its more progressive mood, would be likely to uphold. And a great movement went forth within the U.S. Congress to introduce and pass such legislation.

     In the year 1964, the nation was riding the very crest of a wave of historic progress in the Civil Rights area. As a whole, the nation was leaning strongly in favor of this progress. Goldwater's opposition to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, while it allowed him to carry every state in the deep south in the 1964 presidential election, nevertheless cost him the election, losing in a landslide of unprecedented magnitude to Democrat Party's candidate, Lyndon B. Johnson.

     Now, the Republican Party, under the leadership of Abraham Lincoln, had honorable beginnings in the area of race relations. Under Lincoln's leadership, the Union was Saved, slavery was ended, all of the essential post civil war, civil rights amendments, 13th, 14th and 15th, were proposed, and brought to ratification.

     But these honorable beginnings were eclipsed by the failure of the Republican reconstruction program, and the descent of the south into a dark quagmire of racial oppression from 1880 to 1963, known as the Jim Crow years, the years of enforced segregation, a form of civil slavery if you will, amounting to a period of about 80 years of additional and unwarranted pain and agony inflicted on the African America Community in the southern states.

     And so it was, that in this pivotal year in the Civil Rights struggle, 1964, the foregoing reservoir of good will had been fully eclipsed by the fact that over that 80 year period, the Republican Party had done nothing to alleviate the suffering of the African American Community in the South. And most importantly, this reservoir of good will was irreversibly polluted by the anger and contempt fanned into a wildfire status by what the Republican Party did in 1964.

     The Republican Party nominated for the office of the President of the United States, an individual who voted against the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Senator Barry Goldwater. Yes, at the very height of the wave of Civil Rights Progress, cresting in the year 1964, Senator Barry Goldwater, standing in the national spotlight at this crucial time in history, and within the brilliant spot light of the 1964 Presidential campaign, stood up, and forthrightly, and with no apology, stabbed the African American Community in the back.

     This act of the Republican Party was so stunning to the leadership of the Civil Rights movement in that day, that the late Dr. Martin Luther King felt compelled to issue a statement opposing Goldwater's nomination. Make no mistake about it. For the Civil Rights movement, this statement from on high had the force then, and has the force now, of the Word of God coming down from Mt. Sinai.

     Dr. Martin Luther King was more than a just your run-of-the-mill "liberal". He was the moving force behind the greatest wave of Civil Rights progress that has ever been known in this nation, an effort that was cresting in that very year, having achieved great accomplishments. More than anything else, he saw Senator Barry Goldwater from that perspective, as a mortal enemy to the Civil Rights Movement, one who articulated a philosophy, in King's words, "which gives aid and comfort to the racists." [King statement above].

     Given the deep historical context of the situation, a history, and a memory, of pain, angst and passion extending into centuries past, Senator Barry Goldwater's unapologetic vote against the Civil Rights Act of 1964, was more than a case of someone being politically tone deaf on a particular issue of the day.

     Consider the dramatic historic backdrop of the Civil War, the end to slavery, the high hopes associated with the Republican Reconstruction program, the high hopes associated with the civil rights amendments, and the heart wrenching shattering of all of these hopes, when the U.S. Supreme Court legitimized, in Plessey v. Ferguson (163 U.S. 537 , 1896), the segregation plans of southern racists, and the 80 years of agony that followed, inflicted on the African American Community through the whole of the south. These are deeply entrenched currents in fundamental American history. Where is the heart that cannot feel this pain? That heart, which cannot feel that pain, can only be the heart numbed by the cancer of racism. The fact is, that Senator Barry Goldwater did not feel that pain, and neither did the millions of Republicans who nominated him for the Office of the President of the United States.

     And lo, 80 years later, the dawn of justice appears. The U.S. Supreme Court, in 1954, in Brown v. Board of Education (347 U.S. 483, 1954), overturned Plessey v. Ferguson, and ruled the segregationist practices of the southern state governments to be unconstitutional! Eighty years of pent of hopes, the hope of tens of millions, that justice is coming their way, burst forth like a sparkling springtime that many thought would never come again. Where is the heart that cannot feel these hopes? That heart, which cannot feel these hopes, can only be the heart numbed by the cancer of racism. Senator Barry Goldwater did not feel those hopes, and neither did the millions of Republicans who nominated him for the Office of the President of the United States.

     Now, these long pent up hopes were put into action, and kept alive in the minor civil rights acts of 1957 and 1960, dealing in a preliminary manner with the issue of voting rights. These were important beginnings, but the African Community wanted the full plate of justice, not just a thimble full. And they marched in the streets, peacefully, for that full plate of justice, and they were brutally suppressed by the southern racists. This brutality was a feature of American news television during the year of 1963, which provoked President John F. Kennedy to address the civil rights issue from a national address from the oval office in the White House.      As far as this full plate of justice is concerned, The Civil Rights Act of 1964, first proposed by John F. Kennedy in 1963, represented the Big Enchilada. Here, the most debasing, and demoralizing day-to-day structures of segregation were directly targeted for dismantlement pursuant to the provisions of the 14th Amendment, by federal enforcement power. (People may have long forgotten this, but this was the primary purpose of the 14th Amendment, to put a stop to the racist injustices in the southern states.) Only this would throw off the chains of civil oppression which then bound people of color, and their activities, day in and day out, allowing the African American Community to step with a great sigh of soul relief, into the full sunlight of freedom. Now, where is the heart that cannot feel the just and righteous expectations of these souls before this promise of real freedom? That heart, which cannot feel these just and righteous expectations, can only be the heart numbed by the cancer of racism. Senator Barry Goldwater did not register these just and righteous expectations, and neither did the millions of Republicans who nominated him for the Office of the President of the United States.

     This much is obvious, and was obvious to all people who had a correct view of the historic dimensions of the civil right progress that was then being made. Senator Barry Goldwater entertained some sympathy with, or insensitivity to, the racism that was still white hot in the hearts of many southerners, which equates to a certain sympathy with, or insensitivity to, the injustices that African Americans had suffered under the yoke of this ongoing racism for a period of 80 years. This racist sympathy, and its inherent racial insensitivity, embodied by a majority of the Republican party, was showcased for all the nation to see and hear in the bright spotlight of the national presidential campaign of 1964.

     And as Senator Barry Goldwater carried the banner of the Republican Party, the Republican Party was cast then and there, in the minds of the African American community, as a hotbed of racist sympathy, and so it has been ever since.

     President Johnson carried the banner of the Civil Rights movement, and Barry Goldwater opposed it. At the very least, President Johnson communicated clearly that the Democrat Party wanted their vote, and was willing to go the extra mile to get it. Senator Barry Goldwater sent the opposite message, that he was not interested in the vote of the African American Community. This fact has become rooted as an immutable reference point within the racial memory of the African American Community in this nation. They will never forget this. Barry Goldwater, who carried the banner for the Republican Party in 1964, became a symbol for the racial insensitivity which characterized the attitudes of the Republican rank and file.

     And so, that ring of fire, that burning belief that the Republican Party was racist at heart, which was white hot in those days, has smouldered there ever since, and explains why the minority communities in America favor the Democrat Party, over the Republican Party, consistently, year in, and year out, to a super majority extent. Yes, this fire, of racist allegation, with historical substantiation, directed at the Republican Party, smoulders constantly within every minority community in America.

     How foolish and self-destructive it is to forget history.

     In 1983, we came to another major historical event in the History of Civil Rights progress in this nation, where the people desired to honor the contributions that the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., made in the area of civil rights. The question presented at that time was whether Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., deserved to have a federal holiday named in his honor. The crucial vote was in the U.S. House of Representatives where a two-thirds majority was required for passage. At that time, the Democrat Party was in the majority, holding 266 seats, while the Republicans held 167 seats. The vote final vote tally was as follows:

     The lesson to be learned here, is that racism had then, and has today, a substantial power base in the Republican Party.

     In all of our history as a nation, a national holiday has been established for only three (3) people. They are:

1. George Washington,

2. Christopher Columbus,

3. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

     And in that regard, the Republican Party will continue down a path of egregious error, if they continue to minimize or discount the words spoken by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., in 1964, in relationship to the Republican nomination of Senator Barry Goldwater for the office of the President of the United States, as noted above.

     Remember, of Goldwater, and by extension, the Republican Party who nominated Goldwater, King said, that the philosophy represented thereby, "... gives aid and comfort to the racists." King spoke an immutable truth then, and that truth stands today. Indeed it stands today, not only unaddressed by the Republican Party, but further substantiated by additional behavior in the same direction.

     The Republican Party errs greatly in their continued denial of that truth, and in not taking the appropriate action to remedy the evil to which that truth points.

     Now, in 2012, some 30 years later, we came to yet another major historical event in the History of Civil Rights progress in this nation, where for the first time in U.S. history, a major political party nominated a person of African American descent for the Office of the President of the United States, Senator Barrack Obama. And another major event followed that nomination. Senator Obama was actually elected. And then yet another major event followed that election. President Obama was re-elected for a second term.

     As we rounded each turn on this path of historic progress, the racist sympathy, and racial insensitivity of the Republican Party was on display for the whole nation to see.

     This is both amazing and true at the same time. The Ghost of Senator Barry Goldwater was on the national stage, and under the national spotlight from the onset, for in the summer of 2008, to oppose the candidacy of Senator Barrack Obama, the Republicans nominated Senator John McCain for president. Senator John McCain was not only a senator from Arizona, but he was the immediate successor of Senator Barry Goldwater. When Senator Barry Goldwater retired in 1986, then Congressman John McCain stepped in and won that seat in the U.S. Senate.

     In the midst of yet another historic moment, the Republican Party was again oblivious to the fact that they were again in the very midst of another major event in the long history of the Civil Rights movement in this nation. Come on. In this historical context, why nominate someone that would bring the memory of Senator Barry Goldwater to life in the minds of the African American community? If you want their vote, this represents political suicide.

     When President Obama stood for re-election in 2012, this was another historic moment in the long history of the civil rights movement. But did the Republican Party recognize this? No.

     In fact, during the presidential election campaign of 2012, the racist sympathy, and racial insensitivity of the Republican Party was on greater display than ever before, leading credence to the old saying, that when the nose of the camel appears under the tent flap, that camel will be inside the tent before you know it.

     Of course, it was self-evident to me, that it would be foolish to the extreme to fan up that pre-existing ring of fire, into a wildfire status, by nominating anyone, to the highest office in the land, who was an adherent to the white supremacist, anti-black ideology at the center of Mormon Doctrine.

     Yet, that is exactly what the Republican Party did. The Republican Party nominated Mormon Bishop Willard M. Romney for the Office of the President in 2012.

     This 2012 alliance between the Republican Party, and Mormon Racism, resurrects in spades, the rebuke delivered by Martin Luther King, Jr., regarding the Republican nomination of Goldwater some 48 years earlier. King said then, that the Goldwater nomination would give "... aid and comfort to the racists." And so it could be said in a much more powerful manner in 2012, that the Republican nomination of Mormon Bishop Willard M. Romney, would likewise give, and did give "... aid and comfort to the racists."

     For surely, a racist culture, that we see in the Mormon Community, which should be eschewed and marginalized by every person of good will, was given instead, a great boost in morale, and a public persona of respectability, national in scope, that it never had before.

     And of course, the whole Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com effort, the giant neon sign in my front yard, was launched to get the attention of the Republican Party to the gigantic mistake they were about to make. But did they listen? No. As a hurricane bore down on New Orleans, the Republican Party rushed the nomination of Willard M. Romney forward, and the rest is history. Romney lost the election, because he was a racist at heart, as all Mormons are --- being religious adherents to a white supremacist, anti-black racist ideology, set forth in a story format in the Book of Mormon --- and the minority communities, seeing behind the mask of denial, knew it to be true.

"... When the white man presents himself, you know him at once by his complexion; the same when you see darkness and blackness advancing, you know it is from beneath, and you can command it to leave your house. When the good man comes, he brings with him a halo of kindness which fills you with peace and heavenly comfort; invite him into your house, and make him your constant guest."

     Of course, the Mormon Community has had a long history of Racism which presented a full outward and unapologetic expression to the world up to 1973. Subsequently, in all efforts made to help the Mormon Community come clean regarding their Racist history, we see that they have chosen to coverup the past, rather than confront it squarely. And they are not covering up their past with the truth. They want us to believe that the racist views of the leadership of the Mormon Church was simply a matter of the culture of the time. That is false, and they know it. They know what the truth is, but they consciously cover up the fact that the racist views of the Mormon leadership were actually derived from passages from the Book of Mormon itself.

     The principle of Truth requires 21st Century Mormon Leadership to admit that the views expressed by Brigham Young above, were faithfully derived from Mormon Doctrine itself, scriptural passages penned by Mormonism's founder Joseph Smith.

     If they were to admit the truth in this regard, and even though they know they would be admitting the truth in that regard, that admission for them is deeply problematic. If they were to admit the truth, they would then be confronted with the problem that Mormon doctrine in this respect has not changed. If they would admit the first truth, they would then have to face this additional truth, that in their continued publication of the Book of Mormon, they consciously and willingly continue to promulgate a deeply evil racist doctrine.

     Yes, indeed, the same scriptures, out of the Book of Mormon, that Brigham Young studied and honored, supposedly delivered from the very mouth of God, giving him the belief that people with black skin were inferior, or perhaps confirming what he already believed in that regard, is the very same doctrine that is published today in the Book of Mormon. The racist doctrine they publish has not changed.

     The scriptures within the Book of Mormon which guided the thoughts of Brigham Young on this issue, is the same doctrine, within the Book of Mormon which guides the thoughts of Mormons on this issue to this very day. The doctrine is still there, the doctrine has not changed. The story line channeled by the pseudo-prophet Joseph Smith, that declared black skin to be a curse put upon people (who were once white) for their degenerative character, their skin made black by God to visibly mark them as having a degenerate character, and this, to help Mormons tell the difference between good people and bad people, it is the same story line that exists within the Book of Mormon today. This story line, which was sacred to the pseudo-prophet Brigham Young, is the same story line that is sacred to Mormons today. It is the word of their "god", which is not a god of truth, but a god of the big lie, a false idol fabricated by the forces of darkness and channeled through Mormonism's founder Joseph Smith.

     This Mormon Black Skin Curse, a total character assassinating lie, was sacred to the mind of Brigham Young, and that same lie, the same destructive, character assassinating lie, is held sacred by the Mormon mind today.

     If Mormons, as a group, were free of the dark stain of racism within their hearts, they would recognize the pain and suffering that this lie still inflicts on the African American Community to this very day, and feeling their pain, they would denounce that lie, and throw it out. But they do not recognize that pain and suffering. They only recognize the joyful currents of pride that flow through their minds in having a firm hold upon what they are taught to believe is the highest spiritual truth on the planet.

     The Mormon community has been challenged to confront this lie within their doctrine, time after time, and they will not denounce it, they will not throw it out, and they will not stop the infliction of this pain upon the African American Community. This is the state of affairs that exists in the Mormon Community today, and it speaks directly to the proclivity unto racism exhibited by those who are drawn to Mormon doctrine.

     Generally speaking, the whole superstructure of Mormon mythology is a tower of pride, that attracts people to it who have a need to feel superior to other people. All people who hate, hate themselves first. Isn't that right? They don't feel the Love of God in their lives, because they have shut that God out. This is a group of people who need people beneath them, in order for them to feel good about themselves, and Mormon Doctrine fulfills that need. The need to feel superior to other people is predicated on a disdain for the majority of the people, that extends out from their own self-disdain. This wide ranging disdain had expression in their founder Joseph Smith, who declared every other religion on earth to be a false religion, and proclaimed Mormonism as the only true religion. This is why Mormon missionaries have a smile on their faces. They are happy, because they are indoctrinated to believe that they stand on top of the spiritual heap. This illusion of being on top, insulates them from the self-hate they have buried deep down inside of themselves. Behind their smiles, this is what they are taught, and this is what they believe, even while they are the very instruments of promulgating a very poisonous hate inducing racist ideology throughout the earth through the publication of the Book of Mormon day in, and day out.

     And this is what the Republican Party has joined itself with, at the hip, with their alliance with the Mormon Bishop Mitt Romney, an electrode of Racism that draws the ire, dislike, and overt hate of all minority communities.

     Here we see the process of the dissolution of American Society unfolding before our very eyes.

     The dissolution of our nation, America, will surely follow after the dissolution of America's institutions. And make no mistake abut it. The Republican Party is an important institution in America.

     Dissolution of institutions always follow the dissolution of principle within those institutions. And the dissolution of principle comes about when there are no people with strength left to stand up for what is right. Mormon Racism is Wrong. But who in the Republican Party is standing up and saying so? No one.

     Surely, the disiciples of Jesus Christ, the Master of Love, should have the requisite backbone to stand against the invasion of their party by the forces of hate. Yet, it was the Christian Community that allowed the Monster of Mormon Racism into the Republican Party, and allowed it to become entrenched therein. They simply sat on their hands.

     As the old saying goes, when the camel sticks his nose under the tent flap, if you don't do something quick, the whole camel will be inside the tent before you know it.

     The underlying composition of the Mormon Mind, a substructure of hate, is amply illustrated by the polygamy issue. Here, the basic psychological foundation of low self esteem, that requires them to have people beneath them in order to feel good about themselves, as we see in the racism issue, as we see in the disdain of the religious community on earth generally, is clearly evident in the polygamy subject area as well.

     In the polygamy scenario we see the low self-esteem of the women, who don't have enough self-respect to understand that each woman deserves a man all unto herself. And we see the very low self-esteem of the males, who must have women as a class, beneath them, as a group in bondage, in order for them to feel good about themselves. And we see in the male the expression of the hate/disdain substructure in the devaluing of women as a class, designing a family structure that signals to the women, that one woman doesn't have very much value, that is why the men need so many of them under their feet. It's like pennies in contrast to gold coins. If you only have access to pennies, you need a lot of them to have any real wealth. In this scenario, both cannot have the other under their feet, only one can be on top, and it had to be the male on top, as he is the stronger, but the women are ok with that, as long as they are together, as Mormons, above everybody else, and as noted Mormon Doctrine gives them that belief, they have the only true religion on the earth. Everybody else walks in darkness.

     True enough, the Mormons were forced to abandon the practice of polygamy because of the law enforcement pressure put upon them by federal authorities. But the scriptural basis for polygamy, the teachings of Joseph Smith on polygamy, and the practice of polygamy by all the original leaders of the Mormon Church, including Brigham Young, are still sacred within the Mormon mind, and polygamy still represents what they believe to be a God-ordained truth, a God-ordained pattern of living to which they will return once the outer law enforcement shackles are removed. The same thinking goes with their white supremacist anti-black racist ideology. Once the shackles of 21st Century "political correctness" are thrown off, they will be free to put the black man back in his proper place, a place assigned to him, not by them, but by (their) "god."

     The polygamy issue, alongside the racism issue, represents a pair of fundamental examples of the actual worship of the very spirit of Anti-Christ, i.e. Anti-Love. God our Father and Mother who create out of Love, create skin colors on the basis of Love. Just as they choose all kinds of different colors for flowers, they chose many different colors for the skin that their children would wear while in physical embodiment. Every skin color is a statement of Love.

     In making dark skin color a statement of God's Hate, Mormon doctrine assassinates the very character of God, and distorts that character in the minds of all Mormons. Joseph Smith has these people worshipping a god of hate.

     And what about the impact this has on the psychology of people with black skin? What else can this do but force them to see god as a god of hate? And from the standpoint of the women who are supposedly created for a polygamous family structure, what are they to think of God, who values them so little, as to not provide a faithful husband for their own? The ongoing belief, within the Mormon Community, in the "divine perfection" of the polygamous family structure that bends the psychology of women into a posture of self-hate, and resentment against God, points to the worship of an outlandishly destructive falsehood.

     Where minds are bent and distorted against the flow of love and value, where love and value should flow, you have the operation of the spirit of Anti-Christ.

     As to the fundamental presence of the spirit of hate within the Mormon Mind, we can point to another sacred statement made by Brigham Young.

"Suppose you found your brother in bed with your wife, and put a javelin through both of them, you would be justified, and they would atone for their sins, and be received into the kingdom of God. I would at once do so in such a case; and under such circumstances, I have no wife whom I love so well that I would not put a javelin through her heart, and I would do it with clean hands."

     My only point in presenting this interesting statement to the reader is to make the point that the spirit of love could not possibly be in the heart or soul of an individual who could actually visualize such a scenario and then speak about that scenario in public, before a group of people. That mind exists in a very dark shadow of hate. And all who gather around his feet, as all Mormons do, feel comfortable there.

     Surely it speaks to the de-evolution of the Republican Mind that they would associate themselves with an organization, through Mitt Romney, which carries such hateful baggage.

     Were they blind to this hateful baggage in their quest to defeat the object of their own hatred, one black-skinned Barrack Obama?

     If the reader is familiar with the case of Donald Sterling, the former owner of the NBA basketball team, the Los Angeles Clippers, I would recall that when it became publicly known that Sterling harboured the spirit of racism in his heart, caught on tape asking his girlfriend not to sit with anyone of African American descent at basketball games, the appropriate recompense came upon him. The NBA took the ownership of the team away from him. Yes the NBA divorced themselves quickly from Donald Sterling. And rightfully so. That is the appropriate no-tolerance standard in a modern society. We will not tolerate racism, any more than we will tolerate child molestation.

     However, in a glaring and startling juxtaposition, we see that the Mormons continue to validate their unbreakable tie to the spirit of racism by allowing the name of this historic racist Brigham Young to adorn their prestigious Brigham Young University.

     Now, the NBA has set the standard of appropriate policy when it comes to dealing with associated public personages who harbor racism in their hearts. The NBA was clearly not interested in having the image of their organization stained with the imprimatur of racism, nor were they interested in having their organization used to promote in any way any degree of sympathy with racism.

     In like manner therefore, understanding the damage which the image of Brigham Young inflicts on race relations, the Mormon Leadership should follow the lead of the NBA, and divorce the name of Brigham Young from their university, a divorce that would allow them to choose a more appropriate name for their institution of "higher education".

     Will it ever come to pass the the Mormon Church will remove the name of Brigham Young from that university? No. They are not psychologically capable of doing this. The fact that they are not psychologically capable of doing this allows a certain banner of truth to wave high over the whole subject area, one that we should all pay attention to.

     This banner of truth, represented by the continued association of the name of Brigham Young with their institution of "Higher Education", will tell us, that they believe in their hearts what Brigham Young said above is actually true, that his words were simply a faithful representation of exactly what the teachings of Joseph Smith contain. The world may think that Brigham Young was racist, but they will never believe that. They believe that "god" turned the skin of people, who began white, to black, to mark them as having degenerate characters. That is what their scripture says, and that is what they believe. And Brigham Young was only telling the "truth" and that is why his name will be forever adorning their institution of "higher education". In their minds, Brigham Young is a truth teller, not a racist. Thanks to Joseph Smith the Mormon community is literally trapped in the belief that their "god" is the author of what everybody else defines as "racism", and because "god" is the author of "racism", racism cannot be a bad thing, it can only be a good thing, and being a good thing, it cannot be "racism" in their minds. They will never say so publically, but the continued association of the name of Brigham Young with their university tells us this is what they believe in their hearts.

     Again this is what the Republican Party has joined itself with, at the hip, with their alliance with the Mormon Bishop Mitt Romney, an electrode of Racism that draws the ire, dislike, and overt hate of all minority communities. What possible advantage could there ever be to an alliance with a community that not only refuses to divorce itself from the spirit of racism, but appears to be incapable of doing so?

     There is no need to wonder why the Republicans have not yet divorced themselves from the Mormons, and of course why they have not lifted a finger to fight Mormonism's continuous publication of a white supremacist, anti-black racist ideology through the Book of Mormon. It is because the sympathy for racism they harbour in their own hearts will not allow for that divorce. Yes this psychological posture that the Mormon Scripture takes, looking down their nose at people with black or brown skin, a substantial number of Republicans share. It is a psychological posture, a posture that is integral to the spirit of Anti-Christ, which persuades the person engulfed in that shadow of falsehood, that the racism issue is not a big deal, and there are far more important issues to address. For example, let us continue whipping, at every opportunity, the first African American President in U.S. History.

     And that explains why the Republicans could turn a blind eye to Mormonism's historic and ongoing association with the spirit of racism, and nominate for the position of the President of the United States, a devotee of this Mormon Doctrine. It speaks to the presence of the shadow of racism in their own hearts, a shadow which devalues TRUTH, in search of political power. The fact that they could care less what pain and anguish the election of Mitt Romney (to the highest office of the land) would have inflicted on the African American Community, speaks to the presence of a dark spirit within them, a dark spirit that represents the very opposite of love and respect, the very shadow of Anti-Christ. At this point in the discussion the reader should remember that I am using the term Anti-Christ to denote a spirit of non-love that rests heavily upon consciousness of an individual, placing a shadow over the light of the heart, where the forces of love are not allowed to animate action, where the forces of fear and hate alone animate the mechanisms of both the mind and the mouth.

     If any Republican reading this says in their hearts, that does not apply to me, and I don't want it to apply to my Party, well, now is the time to stand up and take your Party back from the forces of racist sympathy who control it today. Just as Christ chased the money changers out of the temple, surely it is your duty to chase the racists out of your own political party.

     The future of America depends on you doing just that. If your Republican Party is not a racist party, now is the time to stand up and prove it, and thereby build a bridge of appreciation and respect into every minority community in the nation.

     Every time Mitt Romney stands up on the soapbox to speak for the Republican Party, a soapbox you gave him by your vote, you allow the further entanglement of the Republican Party with the spirit of Racism associated with Mormonism. The Republican/Mormon Alliance must be broken. This divorce must be complete and final. And the racist history of Mormonism must be repudiated with the loudest voice the Republican Party can muster. Mormonism and the stink of racism they carry with them everywhere they go, must be declared persona non grata within the ranks of the Republican Party henceforth.

     For this mitigation factor to be fulfilled, the Republican Party must recognize their error in trying to elevate the Monster of Mormon Racism into the highest office in the land, they must recognize their blindness and insensitivity to the minority communities in America, and for this they must apologize, they must repent, and seek the intercession of Christ to sweep their hearts clean from this dark shadow, allowing it to be replaced with the very Power and Reality of Christ's Love. If this does not happen, no other mitigation factor can come into play, and America will not survive the oncoming storm.

     The Pillar of Light will remain towering over the landscape of America to assist the Republican Party in overcoming the onslaught of doubt and scepticism that will attack every mind at the hearing of these words, allowing every Republican to stand steady, and to soberly reflect on what must be done to ensure the survival of America. Fix your mind on the magnitude of this Pillar of Light. In this magnitude is the Love of God our Father and Mother for their children, and their desire for these Children to wake up, and take the action necessary to understand why this storm has come upon them, and what they must do to mitigate it, and what they must do to guard America from ever receiving another such unwelcome visitation (self-inflicted as it was).

     The Pillar of Light is intended to give the people a reference point for REALITY that will help them to face and overcome the operation of doubt in their worlds. People routinely allow doubts, masquerading as wisdom, to divert attention from important truths, to alternate scenarios, which masquerade as truth, but are in fact falsehoods. And this process by which the attention is diverted from important truths is the vehicle through which the shadow of Anti-Christ enters, and becomes entrenched within the mind and the soul of man. As Republicans go through the inner struggle related to what I have said about the issue of racism above, please make constant reference to the Reality of the Pillar of Light. It is here to provide a point of validation for the points I bring forward as the Steward of this Pillar of Light.

     Anyone who will not directly face the components of racism in Mormon history, and the components of racism in current doctrine, and especially in the Book of Mormon, and who will not repudiate these with the loudest voice they can muster, and repudiate the alliance the Republicans have made with this spirit of racism, has a heart that it bound by the forces of racism itself. These chains that bind them to the shadow, that block their movement in the direction of truth, and block their movement in support of the truth, only the Power of Christ can break. All Republicans who find a point of resonance within their hearts with what I say here, must set aside time to pray for the intercession of Christ on a daily basis for the breaking of these chains for the complete exorcism of the spirit of racism from the Republican Party. The future of America depends on it.

     The American people owe Americans of African Descent, as a class, an appropriate form of restitution that will lift them up, as a class, above the weight of psychic gravity associated with the practice of slavery in this nation over the course of more than 200 years. No other class of people in America has this weight of history grinding down upon them relentlessly day in and day out. The fact that Republicans don't recognize this, that they don't understand the implications of this, speaks to the cancer of racism they continue to indulge within their hearts, and within their party.

     One hundred and sixty years after the promulgation of President Abraham Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation, the problems we still see in race relations in America, illustrated quite clearly by the Donald Sterling event earlier this summer, and the unrest that erupted in Ferguson Missouri after the killing of an unarmed youth of African American descent, tells us that as a culture we have entertained too shallow of a definition for the central principle of emancipation.

     Emancipation is the core identity of the Republican Party to which the Republican Party must return with a deeper understanding, and a deeper commitment.

     What happened?

     At this time, I can only speculate that the Heavenly Host ran into a problem or issue that required a delay in the appearance of the Pillar of Light on December 25, 2013. I have no direct knowledge of what that problem or issue might be. When dealing with the Heavenly Host who serve always for the fulfillment of the Will of God in the Earth, the qualities of faith and trust are required on our part, in as much as there is a great deal going on behind the scenes that embodied humans cannot see nor perhaps even understand. My Faith and Trust are solid. And I have fresh assurances of the certainty of the manifestation of the Pillar of Light, having the sense that it will surely arrive shortly. However, I don't have a specific day to point to in this regard. In all truth, I think I would like to be surprised along with everyone else. When the appearance takes place, I will repost the introductory statement, along with the links to the Pillar of Light Message Communication Document download access page.

     An interesting and important fact unfolded before my eyes in the early hours of December 26, 2013, when I did a Google search on "Pillar of Light news," which I would like to share with you.

The image to the right came up at the top of the search page. This image was published Dec. 18, 2013, on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) website, "Astronomy Picture of the Day."

     The photographer, Thomas Kast, first published a series of photos he took of these light pillars, and the story behind them, on his blog on December 10, 2013. According to Kast the photos were taken the previous day, which would have been December 9, 2013.

     Kast later sent the best image to the NASA APOD website and of course, it wowed them no end, and they published it on their famous website there, a feather in Kast's hat for sure. A superb photograph of a very rare and fleeting phenomena which very few people have ever seen.

     This photograph by Thomas Kast provides an excellent preview for what will confront the eyes of the people of the earth when this Pillar of Light appears. Yes, it will be very photogenic, beautiful, and imagination capturing, but unlike the pillars of light captured by Thomas Kast, this Pillar of Light will not fade away, or go away. It will be a permanent feature on the landscape, and it will be visible during daylight hours as well as nighttime hours. With God, that extra brightness is no problem. This will surely have every scientist on the planet scratching his head over how the physical laws of nature could possibly account for such a phenomena, unrelated to any weather or atmospheric condition, with no man-made power source. This is as it should be. The Pillar of Light will compel every person on the earth to confront the status of their relationship with God. And that is a good thing. It is a good thing, because through that door, the people will find the love that will heal this nation, and the planet.

     The appearance of these pillars of light, at Oulu, Finland, and the capturing of their image by Thomas Kast, is an important part of the story of this Pillar of Light. It is an important part of the story of this Pillar of Light because first, it provides a useful visual preview, second it provides a taste of the international dimension that will be associated with this Pillar of Light, and thirdly, because these pillars of light appeared the day after I completed the Pillar of Light Message Communication Document, all 241 pages worth. This is important. I completed the document on December 8, 2013, and these pillars of light appeared and were captured on camera, on December 9, 2013.

     This sequence of events fits into the promise I received from the Heavenly Host back in January 2013, which I have spoken about before, stated as follows, "When the people come and see, the message must be ready. When the message is ready the Pillar of Light will appear."

     While the main event could not immediately follow the completion of the message document (for various process related reasons) the Heavenly Host made sure that something would be on the table to give the people hope, that would conform in principle to the promise.

     This Pillar of Light was originally slated to surround the Romney's Racist Heart Dot Com Neon Sign which Sat Upon the top of Lighthouse Hill in my Front Yard. But that neon sign structure, along with all four (4) of my red emergency lights, was Confiscated by the Ventura County Government on August 5, 2013 as a "public nuisance". Yes, the fight against racism has been declared a public nuisance in Ventura County California. They Truly and Sincerely Believed they could stop this Pillar of Light from coming into manifestation by confiscating that sign. But no, it is Not that easy to Stop the Hand of God from acting in this World when He desires, especially when it comes to the Saving of America, which is the most special and important nation ever to be manifest upon the earth. It is worth saving. I have moved my small Lighthouse to the Top of the Lighthouse Hill (see photos below) and this will serve as a stand-in anchor point for the Pillar of Light, pending the winning of our appeal, and the return of the neon sign to its rightful and lawful location, even into the very embrace of the Pillar of Light that will be so gloriously manifest on that very spot when it is returned.

       The injustice of this act of heartless aggression against the First Amendment rights of this citizen should shock every fiber of the American conscience.

       Where are the outcries, I ask you, as this shadow of tyranny, unmasked and proud, appears before the very eyes of the American people?

       Where are the outcries, I ask you, as this harbinger of dictatorship, struts itself, like a multi-colored peacock of justice, across the already withered and far too desolate landscape of American Liberty?

       Where are the outcries, I ask you, as this force of tyranny sweeps up in its grotesquely ambitious paw, yet another fistful of the sacred rights of the people?

       Where are the outcries?

       I hear a single lone voice calling out in this wilderness of American apathy and disinterest, and that's all I hear. And the voice I hear, it belongs to me.

       This is not the America I learned about in my history books, where the population as a whole sits on its hands, fooled into believing that there are more important things to worry about than freedom.

       For myself, I demand the immediate return of this neon sign installation to its rightful owner and operator.

       Especially given the fact that the act of confiscation went around, in a very contemptuous manner, an ongoing court process, set in motion by the trial judge himself, to evaluate this very question, as to whether the trial court had the legal authority to order such a confiscation.

       Especially given the fact that there is not one shred of evidence that supports the assertion that this installation is a public nuisance, or poses any threat to the public health or safety.

       Especially given the fact that there is every indication that this installation performs a powerful, important and beneficial educational role, a public service role, not just for this community, but for the whole nation.

       Who will stand with me in defense of what used to be considered the sacred rights of the people to speak and publish freely from the last sanctuary of liberty, our very own private property.

       Who will stand with me in defense of American Liberty?

       I ask you, haven't we arrived at the very destination envisioned in the Book and Movie 1984, when the government can label a powerful and beneficial educational force, a "public nuisance" and get away with it?

       Isn't that the very core nature of what we have come to define as Orwellian? Where the very minds of the people have become numb and saturated with government doublespeak, and their reaction never rises above an apathetic yawn?

       Dear God, the government confiscated my printing press no less.

       What are WE going to do about it?

My Legal Defense Fund has become a definite anachronism. What we are talking about now is FIGHTING BACK. And taking back lost ground. Fighting back requires ammunition, and ammunition costs money. Obviously we have lost ground in this battle, with the court verdict that went against us on June 20, with the jail sentence imposed on June 26, with jail time served beginning on July 1, and with the confiscation of the neon sign installation itself on August 5, even while I sat in jail for the second time. Yes, we have much ground to take back. Yet we have hope, knowing full well the egregious insentitivity this trial court judge has shown, every step of the way, to fundamental points of law that always leaned in our favor, a fact that makes our appeal prospects as bright as the noon day sun. And in that light we do have a hopeful prospect before us, that the precedents we can set here in California, as each element of the appeal process vindicates our fundamental first amendment rights, are precedents that can sweep the nation, but only if we fight back, allowing more ground to be taken back for the Principle of Freedom in every State. Yet, this may be a long march unto victory, as the spirit of tryanny, entrenched in the local Ventura County bureacracies, are full of hate, and they are stubborn. For every appeal we win, we anticipate a counter-appeal at the next level. This case may have to go all way to the U.S. Supreme Court before we are given that sacred opportunity to stand in the winner's circle. It may well be a very long battle. Why didn't the trial judge in this case recognize the obvious, that this neon sign installation was no different, in principle, than a holiday Christmas display? That argument was made. Both use light to convey an important message. And flashing lights too. Both represent the expression of our sacred first amendment rights on private property. Both are outside the purview of any electrical code, building code, or zoning regulations. Why did this trial judge sweep that argument off the table into the trash can? It is because the argument held no water in his heart. In his heart he felt that Christmas displays "disturbed the peace" of a neighborhood as much as this, and should be outlawed for the same (bogus) reasons. Here we see that the dark shadow of Derision unto Christ, as it sweeps the nation, and sweeps its functionaries into the court system itself, has a direct impact on the very life of liberty in this nation. I am a direct witness to it. This spirit of Derision unto Christ, has snatched my sacred First Amendment Rights, right out of my hand, and stomped them into the ground. And then we must ask, whose rights will be forfeit next? And so, we know and we SEE where the center of the controversy IS. This case is just one more front in this ongoing war, waged by secular and atheist forces, who ride the ever rising crest of this wave of Derision unto Christ, a war waged against God's Truth expressed in any public venue, into positions of power in both political party organizations. Our supporters walk away with this scene of disaster with their heads bowed, saddened to the heart, and perhaps contemptuous of our lack of warrior skills. It is a sad outcome that we contemplate today. But just like George Washington, we have a vision of victory in our heart. And we have the determination that goes with a vision. We cannot quit. And we will not quit. Our whole heart desires to carry this battle for the cause of freedom forward. But we need help. We need help to move forward now. 2. I was transported in the back seat of a Sheriff's department patrol car to the East Valley Sheriff's Station in Thousand Oaks, and booked there. I found myself in a single man cell, with a bunk, mattress and a blanket, by 1:30pm Friday afternoon. Details follow.

3. I remained jailed there, at the East Valley Station, until the following morning, Saturday August 3, 2013, at which time I was handcuffed, and transported, in a sheriff's department van, to the Main Jail facility in Ventura, arriving there at 8:00 AM. I was processed up into the preliminary housing section, and assigned to a standard two-man cell, by 3PM Saturday afternoon. Details follow.

4. I remained in the preliminary housing section at the main jail, in my assigned cell, the remainder of Saturday, Sunday, Monday, until Tuesday morning, August 6, 2013. Details follow.

5. I was transferred upstairs to a regular housing section, and assigned to a larger cell, with a new cell mate, Tuesday morning, August 6, 2013. Details follow.

6. I was called to a court hearing, and processed from the main jail, into the courthouse complex, early Tuesday afternoon, August 6, 2013. Details follow.

7. During the hearing in Courtroom #11, Tuesday afternoon, August 6, 2013, the judge ordered my discharge. Details follow.

8. I was discharged from the main jail, Ventura, Tuesday night, August 6, 2012, at 10:30pm. Details follow.

9. I arrived home in Newbury Park at 8:00 AM, Wednesday Morning, August 7, 2013. Details follow.

10. When I arrived home on Wednesday morning, August 7, 2013, I was confronted with what the authorities must consider a fait accompli. The Neon Sign installation had been removed. Authorities had entered the house and confiscated the window mounted neon sign as well. Details and photos follow.

       I was two paragraphs into that email when I heard pounding on the garage door.

       I got out of my chair, and went into the house.

       I could see through the closed blinds that the sheriff's deputies had arrived in force, along with the code compliance officer.

       I came back into the office to add this new information to the email and sent it off. After I clicked send on that email, I went back inside. The idea was to get all my stuff together before I opened the front door.

       As I passed the front door, I shouted through the closed door, "Yes, I see you. I will be out in just a minute."

       The VCRMA Code Compliance officer, Elizabeth Cameron shouted back, "We only have another citation for you." She said that twice. This statement helped me feel better about confronting the situation, but her representation turned out to be FALSE.

       I threw on my monks robe, and gathered together everything I wanted to take with me, in case I was to be arrested out front, and these items were pre-staged, so it took me less than two minutes to get ready. I opened the front door, and walked out. Two sheriff's deputies were standing right up on the porch, and Ms. Cameron was standing down on the front walkway.

       Ms Cameron said "I have two warrants for you," waving at me two pieces of standard letter sized paper (like what comes out of a copy machine or your own computer printer) which clearly had no resemblance to a citation. I reached out my hand to receive them. And tried to focus on what these were about. One of the sheriff's deputies invited me to sit down on the porch chair so I could study these documents, saying that there was no hurry.

       Of course the situation was quite distracting, with the two sheriff's deputies standing just a couple feet from me, one playing the serious bad cop role, the other one being obviously easy-going and friendly, and at the same time trying to listen to what Ms. Cameron had to say, and, at the same time, trying to read the text, and trying to understand it in the context of the situation.

       I admit my mind never got a chance to understand what these warrants were about, whether they referred to powers that were to be exercised now, or exercised within 24 hours, or whatever. My mind got stuck on the title of the document, which read: [PROPOSED] INSPECTION AND ABATEMENT WARRANT. What did the word "proposed" mean?

       As I questioned Ms. Cameron, trying to get a sense of what she, and the sheriff's deputies were here to do, I could see, that just across the street, a vehicle had pulled up. It was not a patrol car, but a black and white sheriff's department SUV. I took this to be the arrival of a sheriff department's supervisor.

       The officer got out of the vehicle, and strode up the walkway, in a very authoritative manner, forcing Ms. Cameron to step off the front walkway, and onto the lawn. She continued to talk to me, and this officer listened to the back and forth conversation for a while.

       Within a very short span of time, he broke in, and asked me if I understood I was under a court order to turn off the neon sign in the window. I said "Yes." But I quickly added, "I believe that court order is illegal, and I can't abide by it. It is a matter of conscience with me." And he asked me, "So you are refusing to turn off the neon sign in the window?" And I said "Yes. I believe it is an illegal court order." He asked me, will you give permission for one of these deputies to enter the premises to turn off the neon sign in the window?" And I said "No."

       And he looked at Ms. Cameron and said to her, "I am a witness to a violation of a court order in my presence, which is a misdemeanor." And I said, "Does that mean you will arrest me right here and now?" And he said "Yes."

       The deputy that had been playing the bad guy role, gruff and threatening, told me to stand up and put my hands behind my back, and he put a pair of handcuffs on me, right there on my own front porch. There followed some negotiation as to what I would take with me as personal property, items I wanted to come with me into the jail system, and whether the front door could be locked before I was led away.

       I was then escorted by these two deputies, down the front walkway, onto the sidewalk, and down the street about 50 yards or so where two patrol cars had been parked out of direct view of the front windows of the house. I was still wearing my monk's robe of course.

       As I was escorted down the sidewalk, traveling west, I could see that a few of the neighbors had come out to see what was going on.

       Arriving at the patrol cars my property was cataloged in a preliminary manner, and I was stuffed into the back of the lead sheriff's patrol car, finding that the back seat of these cars is hard plastic, the space back there is very narrow, and you are literally stuffed in there like a sardine, well worse, as at least sardines get to float in oil. My hands, cuffed behind my back, were forced and pressed into the hard plastic by the pressure of my front legs against the back of the front seat. I said, "Can't you move the front seat forward? This is like a torture chamber." The deputy said, "Sorry, but no, the seat is bolted to the floor."

       As the patrol car pulled away from the curb, and slowly passed my house, I pondered the beauty of my neon sign installation, not knowing then, that this would be the last time I would see it standing, that this would be the last time I would see the light shining.

       On the ride over, at every opportunity to accelerate, the deputy would slam the accelerator to the floor, to get up to cruising speed as fast as possible I suppose, but which shoved me and my handcuffed hands back into the hard plastic of the narrow back compartment. There was no give there, except in my wrists, where the handcuffs cut into them on each acceleration. The ride was painful painful in that respect.

       But it was happy ride in a spiritual respect, and strongly so, as I was confident that I had made the right decision, that the only way to win a battle was to take a stand and fight back. No battle was ever won by anyone in retreat.

       This patrol car ride was another first for me. And the process of being booked into the East Valley Sheriff's Station was another first for me of course.

       The booking process at the East Valley Station was much more friendly, and much quicker, than what I had experienced in the Ventura Count Main Jail facility on July 1, 2013, which took about 13 hours. This booking process took about and hour and a half, and the deputies there were genuinely interested in my story, the story behind my robe of course, and it turned out that the deputy who transported me, who played the bad cop role at the house, was actually a very affable fellow underneath, which I discovered during the preliminary booking stage. This facility was very quiet, I was the only one in the booking and holding cell area, though I could see that the east valley station had a regular but small inmate jail population. By 1:25pm I was placed in a roomy holding cell, with a single bunk, and a very large front window, and given a blanket. I would remain there, being served a modest but excellent dinner that evening, and breakfast the following morning, wherein, about 7:00AM I was transported, as part of a group of four, to the Main Jail in Ventura which is 30 miles or so north.

       Many of my readers may be too young to have had the opportunity to watch the Andy Griffith show, which was a popular TV series through the 1960s, and therefore, may not be familiar with the jail atmosphere that Sheriff Andy Taylor maintained there in Mayberry. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to say that those who have gone through the process of being booked, and spending time in the Main Jail in Ventura, would see the atmosphere of the East Valley Station, by comparison, akin to the jail atmosphere in Mayberry's Court House, where Andy Taylor was the sheriff, always stern, when it comes to the law, but always friendly and respectful to his inmates, each one a fellow human being, and who were also, in many cases, his actual small town neighbors.

       Now, when I fist got into the van at the East County Jail facility, the attending deputy, the driver, looked at my robe and said, "That's some crazy outfit." I did not reply. When we arrived at the main jail facility, at 8:00AM sharp, which has the appearance and feeling of a prison facility when approached through the entrance used by official vehicles, which drive into an underground area, as noted above, to disgorge their apprehended and arrested criminals, I was the last person out of the van, and I said to this deputy, "I can tell you the story behind this robe if you are interested."

       And he said, speak on, and so, as I was escorted into the main jail booking area I got to tell my story. In an entry way holding area, where both the entry door and exit door were shut for about a minute, I was given enough time to finish my story. In his response to me, it was clear, that in his heart, this deputy registered the first amendment issues as being valid. "America is supposed to be about freedom," he said. And I said, "Indeed, this is all about the first amendment and freedom," as I stepped into the main booking area.

       In as much as I was booked at the East Valley Station, my time in the main jail booking area was quite a bit shorter than the first time I went through this process.

       Arriving at the main jail at 8:00AM, and after being thoroughly searched, all four of us, from the east valley station, were then herded directly into the cell that serves as the holding area for inmates who are ready to give up their civilian clothes into storage, to go through another search in a totally naked condition, to take a shower, to be given our jail house blues, to dress, to be given our property boxes, and finally to be herded into a cell that serves as the holding area for those groups who are ready to be transferred into the upper (72 hour) suicide watch housing area.

       In the first holding cell noted, we waited for about three hours, before going into the clothing exchange/shower phase. The shower part was skipped for us, because they had no clean towels to give us. We ate a high quality lunch in the last holding cell, and were transferred into the upper housing unit by 3:00PM, Saturday afternoon, August 3. Overall, the process took only seven (7) hours.

       I spent the remainder of Saturday, August 3, the whole of Sunday, August 4, Monday, August 5, and the morning of Tuesday, August 6, in the 72 hour suicide watch section, living in a (facility standard) two-man cell, walls made out of concrete blocks, which included a wall-mounted upper bunk, a lower bunk, totally stainless steel toilet/sink combination, and of course a cell door, activated from the control room outside the cellblock, that would slam shut during lock down. During my time there, I had three different cellmates, Jonathon, who made bail and was released, David who made bail and was released, and Bill who could not afford to bail out, whom I left there when I was transferred out.

       Tuesday Morning, August 6, at 10:30AM, I was "rolled out" into a permanent housing area on one of the upper floors, which included a new cellmate by the name of Tommy, who expressed to me the most amazing opinion, and told me the most amazing story, which I will recount below, in its proper order.

       And the jail food service staff served my favorite lunch that day, again Tuesday, August 6, a hot dog, an unusually tasty version of barbecue beans, salad, and a glass of ice cold milk, which we ate together up in our cell, as our section was in lock down during this time period.

       And in that way, we began, a group of about ten of us from this section, the process by which inmates are transferred from the main jail complex, through a labyrinth of underground passages and hallways into the court holding cells beneath the main court house building, and from there, after a mind numbing wait of about 45 minutes, mind numbing by virtue of a continuous, ceaseless, cacophony of dozens of voices echoing off the bare concrete walls in enthusiastic celebration of this rare social event, we would be elevatored up to our respective courtrooms, all of us slowed down a bit by the leg shackles clasped upon our ankles along the way.

       Yes, everyone in custody shows up in the court wearing leg shackles, the principle of the presumption of innocence not applying in any respect to this aspect of the process. Everyone, without exception, is deemed guilty of harboring a desire to somehow flee from the sealed cages in which we will sit during our courtroom appearances.

       When Ms. Benthale came over to the cage and motioned me to come forward, she had the same deal for me, as the last time we had met, which was to admit the violation of probation, and you can go home today, under the proviso that I obey the probation terms. I believe the probation terms are illegal. I have already stated that for the record. And I have previously refused to agree to them. But, I was willing to review my position, and come back on Friday Morning with my answer, as to whether I can accept the deal, or not. She discussed this with Mr. Slyker, returning to the cage and informing me that when the case was called, that he would agreed to trail the question over to Friday morning, August 9, 2013.

       During these brief discussions Ms Benthale did drop a bombshell upon me, with the news that it was her understanding that the neon sign installation has been removed by VCRMA persuant to a warrant signed by a judge, other than Judge Guasco.

       Upon the hearing of this news, I brought to Ms. Benthale's attention the fact that in the court filing of July 1, 2013, that I had motioned the court to stay all such actions, pending a hearing where both sides could be heard, and that in fact, that as a result of my motion, Judge Guasco ordered both sides to produce a briefing on the question as to whether he, Judge Guasco had the authority to grant such a warrant, indicating that there was a question on this point, that Judge Guasco wanted to clear up. These requested briefings on this issue were never filed, and oral arguments never heard, and thus, Judge Guasco never ruled on this issue, and that it was apparent, that VCRMA has done an end run around this motion, done an end-run around the judges request for briefings on this point, all of which was on the record, all of which was in process, taking it before another judge who was largely ignorant of the points of law which were at issue in this case.

       Though I am still at a loss as to why the warrant paper had in its title the term "proposed".

       She indicated I should sit back down on my stainless steel bench to wait for the judge to appear, and for the case to be called, but indicating that in addition, that while they are waiting, she would call her boss, Mr. Rod Kodman, who represented me during the last hearing in courtroom #34, to see if he wanted to come up and get involved in this matter. When the judge took the bench, he immediately spoke to Mr. Slyker asking him if he was ready to call my case. The answer was no, as they were now waiting for Mr. Kodman to appear in the courtroom.

       Given that situation, the judge then proceeded to clear a handful of cases that were ready and waiting in the public defender's que. My public defender, Ms. Katia Benthale, was the assigned attorney in all of these cases that came before the judge at this time. These were all routine matters, the outcome of which had been agreed upon by all parties. When these five or six cases were cleared, which took about 20 minutes, the judge inquired as to the status of the case Mr. Slyker desired to call, i.e. my case. The judge was informed that they were still waiting for Mr. Kodman to arrive in the courtroom. The judge recessed the court, and directed the parties to inform the court when all parties were present and ready to go.

       About ten minutes later Mr. Kodman appeared in the courtroom, came over to the cage, and motioned for me to remain seated. Mr. Kodman then conferred with Ms. Benthale and Mr. Slyker, and returned to the cage, and asked me to step up to speak to him.

       He indicated to me that he had come up to this courtroom at this time, because the matter of filing a notice of emergency appeal in regards to the constitutionality of the probation terms was on his desk at the very moment he received the call from Ms. Benthale, and he wanted to take this opportunity, in as much as another probation violation allegation was before the court, to place various constitutional points on the record, to preserve our first amendment and fourth amendment appeal options in that area. The 4th amendment issue has to do with illegal search and seizure. He verified that, in fact, a fact reported by the Ventura County Star, that the neon sign installation has been removed by VCRMA in accordance with a public nuisance ordinance, the necessary warrant having been signed by a judge.

       He covered the ground regarding the deal that was on the table, concerning which I reiterated my desire to have until Friday morning to decide whether or not I could agree with it, the chances being minimal that I would agree to it, but I wanted that time to make absolutely certain that the posture of my heart on this question had not changed. He understood that, and understood that if my decision was to not agree to the deal, that it was my expectation to continue in custody beyond Friday. He agreed to proceed with getting this short continuance granted by the judge, at which time he would get these other appeal-related points on the record.

       As he turned away from me, and walked back in the direction of Ms. Benthale, and I turned to sit down on the stainless steel bench, he said to me, as sort of an after-thought, that it would make more sense to continue this probation violation arraignment to the date already calendered for the August 22, probation terms review before Judge Guasco.

       I heard this statement as I was in the process of sitting down on the bench. And so, I found myself seated on the bench, at the same time wanting to ask Mr. Kodman to explain the benefits associated with carrying the arraignment on these charges over to August 22. But it was too late. One cannot just shout out something into the courtroom. If you talk to your attorney at all, i.e. from an in-custody status, you wait until you are called to come up to the front of the cage, and you speak quietly. I was now seated, and you cannot get up unless you follow the rules. I asked the deputy to please get Mr. Kodman's attention, but the deputy ignored me. And Mr. Kodman never turned back in my direction after that, that is, until the case was called.

       Deputy DA Slyker called up my case, and explained to the judge that the parties had agreed to a continuance to Friday morning, and the judge looked in the direction of Mr. Kodman for his concurrence to this. Mr. Kodman confirmed that this was the agreement reached between the prosecution and the defense. But he did this in such a way, as to open the door to launch into a statement, that went on for some time, perhaps as much as five minutes, that placed the appeal issues on the table as planned, all of which, somehow, had the end result of pushing the probation violation arraignment forward to the August 22, 2013 review date (as I just noted that he had suggested to me as an afterthought), and bringing up the discussion of releasing me on my Own Recognizance, pending that appearance, presenting the prosecution with the opportunity to affirm that I was no threat to the community, that I had a perfect OR record, and that he would agree to an OR with the stipulation that I agree to the existing probation terms.

       The judge waived bail. And ordered my release that day. And that was that. I did not have to say anything. A totally unexpected outcome.

       But I did have something to say at that point. In the context of this state of shock having to do with being unexpectedly and summarily discharged from custody, and in as much as Mr. Kodman was right there looking at me, I said to Mr. Kodman, "you know I can't agree to those probation terms. I will not sign the minute order." He said, "I know that." He turned away to leave, and I said after him, "Mr. Kodman, thank you for taking the time to handle this matter, I really appreciate it." He said, "I know you do."

       About ten minutes later, I was called out of the courtroom cage, and into the adjoining hallway.

       About 40 feet down this hallway, which had holding cells to the left and the right, I could see a deputy standing at the door of one of the larger holding cells, beckoning to me, saying, "Come all the way down here Mr. Showers."

       When I got within about five feet of him, which was a slow walk, because you have to sort of shuffle your feet to keep the leg irons from biting into your ankles, I could see that there were already about 15 inmates in that holding cell, and I could see that I was being directed into that holding cell, and I could see that the deputy was holding a minute order, the official document declaring the order of the court in my case.

       The deputy said to me, "I need you to sign this minute order." I said, "No, I will not sign it." He said, again, "You need to sign the minute order." I said again, "No I will not sign it." And the deputy says, "Ok." He directs me into the cell, shuts the door behind me, and walks away with my minute order. He returned in about five minutes, and put the minute order through the slot in the door indicating that I just take it. I took it.

       I was surprised at myself to some extent, that I had simply refused to sign it, without offering any explanation, without asking for any time to decide. I just said NO. And I then started to think about what the consequences of that decision might be. Were they going to play the Judge Guasco trick, where the judge declares on the minute order itself that a signature is required, but they will just ignore the fact that I had refused to sign it, and discharge me per the order of the court? Or were they going to keep me in custody from that point until the August 22, 2013 hearing?

       When the elevator arrived down in the basement area, I allowed everyone else to get out before me, as I wanted to be the last in line, as I need to take my time when it comes to walking the very long hallway that was before us at that point, where I would need to take very small steps to keep the shackles from digging into my ankles. The escort deputy walked slowly beside me, and she says to me, "you are here again." And I said, "yes, I refused to turn off my neon sign again. It is a matter of conscience with me, it is my first amendment right to speak the truth, and in the way my heart directs. This is not a matter of rebellion, but a matter of conscience. A matter of obedience to my conscience."

       At the end of this long hallway are the shackle stations, where you step up and kneel upon a platform, that has two large handles to the left and right, that you use to pull yourself up and hold yourself on, while the deputy either puts your shackles on (on the way in) or takes them off (on the way out). At this point, the shackles are to be taken off, after which we pass through a metal detector, and enter into the long corridor that connects the court house basement holding areas, with the basement area of the jail complex. It reminds one of the long corridors that you walk down at airports after you pass through the metal detectors and walk in the direction of the boarding gates. They are just large and empty, there is nothing there to distract you, you just need to pass through. All of us, I am sure, enjoy the substantial feeling of freedom we get from being able to walk that long distance down this long corridor without shackles.

       At the end of this corridor a large door blocks further movement, until all the inmates in the group have caught up, and are in line there. More deputies, from their position in an inner control room, will open the door, and we pass through into a hallway wherein we march past the personnel in this control room, and through the open door that leads us into the holding cell for the elevator. The personnel in the elevator control room at that point will want to see the arm band of every inmate, as we are precisely inventoried in our movements. If inmate "A" leaves location B, and travels to location C, then the personnel in the control room associated with location C, will check the arm band to ascertain whether the individual who has arrived at location C is indeed individual A.

       The armband has our mugshot on it, our name and booking number, and our location of incarceration, the Ventura County Main Jail.

       After this check is made on everyone in the group, each of us will stand on a yellow arrow and its associated yellow dot painted onto the floor near the walls, to show us where to stand with our face to the wall while we wait for the elevator to arrive.

       Sometimes the elevator arrives quickly, sometimes it takes a while to arrive. Learning how to wait patiently is a virtue that can be fully developed while serving a jail sentence. But one must consciously grasp this opportunity to control the mind and keep it both still and oriented in a positive direction during all waiting periods. In this case, when there is a delay, it is because the elevator at this location is being used to transport inmates or staff to and from various floors above, of which there are several. Inmate housing occupies the top four floors of this huge building. As noted above, behind all of the narrow horizontal window structures that you see in this photo are the inmate cells.

       We take the elevator up to the level at which our housing section is located, stand again at the main entry door to the housing section, and wait for it to be opened by the deputy in the control booth within. As this door rolls open, and we pass through, we go straight to the control booth to show our armband to the deputy within, so they will know the person they expect to arrive, is the person that actually arrived. Once this check is complete, we are motioned to stand in front of the door to our section, and wait for that door to be open. Once it rolls open, where we go next depends on whether our assigned cell is in a lock down mode or not. If our cell is in the lock down mode, we go straight up to it, and the door is usually open by the time we arrive there, we walk into the cell, and the door rolls shut behind us. And of course, once the cell door rolls shut, there is no way out. This is your whole world, inside this cell, until the cell door opens again, for the next chow period, or the next day-room period, if there is one. If our assigned cell is not in a lock down mode, we can remain in the day room and watch t.v., sit at the tables and talk with other inmates, play a game of chess or checkers, or read, or we can always go back to our cell if we want to. But as long as our day room privileges are active, we can come and go from our cell at will.

       This was about 4:00pm. I spent several minutes talking to my new cell mate Tommy about what happened in court today. And as a part of that discussion, I told him a little bit about what was going on in my case, about my decision to refuse to sign the minute order, and the ambiguity this decision created in terms of whether I would actually be released tonight or not. For those who are being released, the roll out order usual comes about 8:00pm or shortly thereafter. So I was at least 4 hours away from knowing the final outcome.

       Chow time arrived shortly thereafter, about 4:30pm, and when in lock down mode, the door will open for the time necessary for us to go down and get our food trays, through the access slot in the cellblock wall, and return to the cell with those trays, and the door rolls closed behind us, and we eat our dinner in the cell. I was not very hungry, so I gave Tommy my chicken steak, and potatoes, and green beans, eating only my salad and cake and milk.

       After we finished eating, Tommy said that he was curious about what my neon sign said. And I told him, it says "Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com" and for a reason I did not know at the time, his eyes lit up, but he allowed me to continue with my explanation, about the white supremacist, anti-black racist ideology at the center of Mormon Doctrine, and how foolish it had been for the Republican Party to nominate a person for the highest office in the land who had such close ties to a racist ideology, basically voting themselves out of power for all time to come, given the demographic trends, by denying to themselves any opportunity to form the political coalition necessary to win the whitehouse, which requires a substantial level of minority support, which would never be within their reach, no never, unless the party apologized for this foolish decision and repented therefrom through the active, sincere, and substantive promotion of minority interests from that point in time forward.

       After I got that out of my mouth, Tommy enthusiastically said, something like "Hey Dude, I agree with you totally. I hate racism. My dad is a white supremacist, and I've confronted him many times on that, even to the extent that he pulled a shotgun on me, but that didn't scare me, I still stood up to him. I believe God loves every person, no matter the color of their skin, black, brown, white, whatever, God loves very person."

       And I can tell you, he was more articulate on this subject than what is left in my memory regarding this statement at the time of this writing. I think my jaw dropped to the ground. I said something like, wow, we really have a great piece of common ground on this subject Tommy. And I gave expression to my beliefs on this subject of God's love, which could in no way improve upon what Tommy had actually said.

       Tommy had been somewhat distant with me up to that point, but all of sudden, this piece of common ground blossomed forth, the most precious and important piece of common ground that I could have ever expected to find in the heart of another person. I was amazed.

       And as we talked more, he told me the most amazing story about hugging his new born child, and understanding, in the deepest and most joyous manner, that the love he felt for his newborn son, not only precious, but totally helpless and totally dependent in his arms, was the same kind of love that God our Father has for each one of us, and feels for each one of us. Yes, God our Father had revealed this powerful inner truth to Tommy. The profound depth of the experience he was relating to me was clear in every way. And I will never forget it. He told the story with such feeling that its impression upon my soul will be surely indelible. It is blessed gift for me, to have Tommy's witness in this respect to reflect upon for all time.

       After this conversation wound down, Tommy wanted to get some sleep. I did some laps in the cell, and laid down on my bunk and tried to sleep, trying not to succumb to the temptation to think about the many benefits and pleasures of freedom. This was my chosen path, and I would stick to it.

       When the 8:00PM hour passed, I reconciled myself to the idea that my refusal to sign the minute order had the intended effect, and I would not be released from jail.

       And I heard the same message resound in another distant cell, calling another inmate to get ready, and saying, YOU ARE GOING HOME.

       I have heard many of these roll out calls, and never in my experience, have I ever heard the section deputy say "you are going home." Never. it is always, simply the name, and the command, "Roll Out".

       Setting aside my previously stated expectations, reality had just poured into my cell. I was being released.

       I got up, and got dressed, and did not hurry up about it, as I knew from a previous release, that there is a lot of waiting ahead of me in this process. I gave my meager property stash to Tommy, which included one of the few pencils in the entire section, which had been bequethed to me by a previous cell mate during the initial 72 hour evaluation period. I thanked him for sharing his belief in God's Love with me, shook his hand, promised to email him, rolled up my blanket sheets and mattress, and I was out the door.

       This release process went quickly. I was released along with three others from my section. We were transferred down to the release section in short order. We walked into the section and saw that our property storage bags were already hanging on the rack. We were immediately directed to pick up our storage bags, go into a cell that was already occupied by 8 people, and these are small cells, and change out of our jail house blues, and into our civilian clothes.

       When I put on my monks robe, just as before, all eyes in the cell were on me, and as before, I had to explain what it was all about, and this initiated quite an interesting conversation, with significant contributions by one section mate that already knew my story, though who had never seen my monks robe, and a new acquaintance here who had actually seen me in court when I was actually wearing my monks robe, though from the perspective of the in-custody cage in courtroom #13. We had a nice talk for about 15 to 20 minutes, before the deputies started to call us out, one by one to deposit our jail house clothing and sandals in their respective bins, and to take receipt of our personal property.

       After signing for our property, we were led into the final release area, where the deputy checked that no one had pilfered any jail house socks or underwear. At that point we all had an opportunity to put our shoelaces back in our shoes, in my case, back in my hiking boots, had our right index finger print scanned to verify our identity, and our armbands cut off, and the outer door opens, and we were free. It was just a short walk to the stairwell, up the stairs, and out into the lobby area. The time was about 10:15pm.

       My only option was to sit down and wait to see if he would return at 1AM. Otherwise, my intentions was to find someplace to lay down, and catch a bus back home the next morning, which was about ten hours away. This would be something like getting stranded at an airport where you have to wait for the next flight.

       A new acquaintance of mine, appeared a few minutes later from the depths of the jail system. I had just met him for the first time in the clothes changing cell, this was the person who had seen me in my monk's robe in courtroom #13, and who participated in such an enthusiastic manner in the conversation we had therein, who was also expecting a ride from Robert. I had to tell him that Robert did not make the connection with his girlfriend, and had to walk home, and that he would not return until at least 1AM.

       So he set about calling his wife, to get her to come and pick us up, and he offered to drive me home if that panned out. But she didn't answer her cell phone either. However, he kept trying, and it turned out, that this connection worked out for us, but did not actually coalesce until later in the morning, getting a ride home that placed me in Newbury Park about 8:00AM, which was about the same arrival time that would have been associated with a bus ride.

       And not only that one. They had forced open the front door, went inside, and confiscated the smaller neon sign that was mounted INSIDE in the window. Can you believe that? This neon sign was NEVER a target of any of the charges litigated in this case, yet they had come into my house, and they had confiscated it too! And laying on the coffee table in the front room, was a copy of the warrant. It was a duplicate of the one I had already been given on Friday, August 2. Which used the word "PROPOSED" in the title. And I notices for the first time, where there is supposedly a signature of a judge, that the signature was not legible, and there the name was not printed thereon. What a farce if you ask me. No information at all on this piece of paper that indicated that this had really gone before a judge for approval.

       This is what the scene looked like when I arrived home.

       The following morning, Friday, August 9, 2013, I moved my lighthouse to the hill top, and plugged it in. And again, let there be light. Even though a tiny light by comparison. Though the symbolism is strong. I restored the banner lines, and the flags on the four corners, and put the info box back, though it will have to be glued back together.

       That's where things stand as of today.

The Legal Proceedings and Jail Time Summary and Updates Section below has been seperated out from its previous position within the Feb. 11, 2013 Press Release, and given its own section, due to its ever increasing length, and updated with new text for the events from June 26, 2013 forward, adding Items 36 through 50. These events items include information on my first 25 days in the Ventura County Jail, and the events that led up to this arrest.

From the July 26, 2013 entry, Item 49, below, I quote:

" ... I arrived home after midnight, at 12:30AM, a free man. Or was I? Was I free to be the person whom my heart demanded that I be? NO. I was still a prisoner of an illegal court order. An illegal court order that was like a torture chamber for my soul. I recall this admonishment uttered by the Master Jesus Christ 2,000 years ago. He said, "fear not those who can only kill the body. But fear those who can both kill the body, and destroy the soul in hell. I tell you, Fear them." When the power of the state is coercing a citizen to violate conscience, which is the voice of divinity in man, what we are seeing is the raw power of government being used to destroy the soul. In this process, by which the power of government is used to destroy the individual will to stand up for the truth, in this we see the process by which the soul is destroyed. Think about it. Just as the bone structure is the framework for the physical body, which allows that body to stand upright, and to have mobility, in like manner, the internal will, the internal determination, to stand up for the truth, represents the same kind of structural framework which allows the body of the soul to stand upright, and to have mobility. Without mobility, the soul will die, it will starve just as surely as the physical body would starve, without the capacity to move in the direction of nourishment. Without nourishment, no aspect of life can survive, not even the soul. Without the will to stand up for the truth, the soul is like a rag doll which cannot walk, let alone fly. Crumpled on the ground, beaten down by the forces of fear, no longer able to even lift its head, let alone to lift itself off the ground, there, with the bare earth for its pillow, unable to move in the direction of sustanance, the flame of life will flicker, and must eventually go out."

My conscience will not allow me to cooperate with this scenario of soul destruction which the trial judge in this case has forced upon me.

I know that I stand for truth.

It is my First Amendment right to speak the truth as I am directed by my heart so to do.

Every effort to suppress my rights in this sacred domain of expression have been unlawful.

This neon sign installation harms no one. In fact its light promises to lift a great burden from the shoulders of 40 million of our fellow citizens of African American Descent. From the prosecution side, this whole court process has proceeded forward on the assumption that this benefit is irrelevant. Yet, is that not the position that a heart mired in racist sentiment would hold? Of course it is. The level of hatred associated with racism brings upon the soul a level of blindness that is pathological. And we are seeing that blindness here in every effort the prosecution has thus far made to shut this sign down.

And so it has come to pass, that my conscious and sincerely held beliefs in this area required me to restore the electricty to my neon sign installation, allowing its illumination to shine forth, and make no mistake about it, this light, that shines forth so beautifully from every square inch of its awesomely and artfully crafted neon structure, shines for the Saving of America, yes, indeed, it is for the Saving of America, a truth which oncoming events will surely demonstrate and validate.

August 11, 2013 Update - Since being cited, on October 4, 2012, for alleged violation of various building codes and zoning regulations related to the building and operating of this Neon Sign Installation, criminal misdemeanor charges TO BE adjudicated in criminal court, I have been to court thirty-two (33) times thus far, at the Ventura County Hall of Justice, Ventura, California, and there is more to come. On June 20, 2103, I was found guilty by a jury, of violating the California Electrical Code, Violating the Ventura County sign ordinance, and violating Ventura County setback regulations, and have served one stretch of twenty-five (25) days and a subsequent stretch of five (5) days for a total of thirty days (30) days in the Ventura County Jail so far. Another court date looms, August 22, and more jail time is possible. But since the sign installation was physically confiscated on August 6, the mood of the judge will be different than at any other time in the court battle. So we shall see.

All jail time has been a result of a conscious choice on my part to refuse to obey what I believe are illegal probation terms, and illegal court orders. There is no question that my First Amendment rights are being grossly trampled upon. We have no obligation before God to worship before the altar of illegal court orders. We must stand up for the truth, no matter what the cost. If our forefathers had not done that, we would not have known any freedom on this continent whatsoever. Remember this statement: "Give me liberty, or give me death." That is part of our American heritage. Freedom existed in this nation only because there were people, who came before us, who understood that liberty is more valuable than life itself. They gave their lives for that precious commodity.

This morning, I brought with me, my Pretrial Motion #6, asking for the Amended Complaint of January 10, 2013 (the list of counts and charges) to be Thrown Out due to a number of deficiencies. I filed this motion with the judicial assistant in Courtroom #13 at about 8:45am, with the hope that the judge would consider the merits of this motion this morning. However, upon calling up this case, the Deputy District Attorney stated that the "people" were not ready for trial, and asked for an extention until May 24, 2013, a request which the judge was required to grant automatically. 31.	(Fri.) June 14, 2013	Courtroom #34, 8:30am, Ventura County Hall of Justice. I filed with the judicial assistant, my "MEMORANDUM ON THIS CASE'S ARGUMENT LEVELS AND THE LOGICAL ORDER OF THEIR CONSIDERATION", for the judge's review prior to the convening of the court at 9:30am. These proceedings continued at 9:30am. Judge Guasco presiding. Upon taking the bench Judge Guasco rejected my suggestion as to argument order, and set about the task of resolving and ruling on all pretrial motions before the court, beginning with the first amendment and equal protection issues (which were raised in my Trial Brief, but concerning which I never made a formal written motion.) Oral argurments were taken from both the defendant in support of, and from the Deputy District Attorney in opposition to the equal protection and first amendment issues, and in regards to each of the defendant's submitted pretrial motions. The judge ruled that the charges brought against the defendant did not impact the defendant's first amendment or equal protection rights in any significant manner. Furthermore, Defendant's (count dismissal) Pretrial Motions #3, #4, and #7, (arguing various questions on ordinance interpretation and application) were denied. The Deputy District Attorney's motions, numbering about 12 in total, were granted, most of which went in the direction of making sure the defendant would not be allowed to say anything beyond the factual issues raised by the counts. The judge informed the parties that the next item on the agenda was jury selection, which would begin that afternoon. The Judge explained the jury selection process, and the jury trial process that would be unfolding. Court adjourned unto 1:30pm. At 1:30pm court reconvened. Defendant's motion for a continuance to familiarize himself with the jury selection process, concerning which the defendant was totally ignorant, was denied. Given the lateness of the hour, the judge adjourned further proceedings until Monday morning, June 17, 2013, courtroom #34, 8:30am, wherein the jury selection process will be initiated. 32.	(Mon.) June 17, 2013	Courtroom #34, 8:30am, Ventura County Hall of Justice. I filed with the judicial assistant, two additional pretrial motions, Pretrial Motion #8 Motion to Dismiss Counts 3 and 8 on additional grounds, and Pretrial Motion #9 Motion for a Continuance to Conduct Rudimentary Reasearch into Jury Selection. Judge Guasco took the bench at 8:55am. A short discussion of written Pretial motions #8 and #9 commenced. The judge denies the motions. Defendant makes oral motion for a continuance to address the outstanding issues of law, using the list of issues presented in defendant's memorandum of June 14, 2013. The judge denied the motion. Judge informs us that there will be a delay in receiving a full panel of 56 jurors for initiation of the jury selection process in this case. Court stands in recess until 9:45am. Upon reconvening at 9:45am, the availability of a full panel of jurors is still uncertain. Court stands in recess until 10:15am. This time is used to go through the prosecution list of exhibits with Deputy DA Slyker. Judge takes the bench at 10:42am. The judge announces the availability of a full panel of jurors. They will arrive soon. At 10:46am the jury panel list is delivered. At 10:58am the jury panel of 56 has filed into the court. Judge greets the jurors, deliveres initial introductory talk. Judge introduces court functionaries, and the prosecution and the defense (me). Judge explains hardship criteria to the prospective jurors. Jury member hardship requests are taken, one row at a time. Judge grants several hardship requests, see docket detail. For the prospective jurors that remain, the Judge explains the selection process that will now unfold, where the judge, the prosectuion and the defense will question each prospective juror. The process begins with the selection, at random, of twelve (12) of the 56 prospective jurors, who take seats in the jury box as their names are called. Questioning of jurors begins. One by one, each of the 12 jurors in the jury box answers the questions on the main question list which is displayed on a wall close to the jury box, invoking basic biographical information. Judge then queries each of the 12 regarding their responses to a more detailed questionaire previously handed out. Once this is completed, Deputy DA Slyker asks his questions. His interest is identifying anyone that may have a bias in my favor. I am also given the opportunity to question, but I pass, and ask no questions of any prospective juror during this entire process, in as much as I have no idea of what questions I should ask. After questioning, both the prosecution and the defense have the opportunity to challenge any juror for cause, or exercise a preemptary challenge, where no cause needs to be stated. When challenges are approved by the judge, and a juror or jurors step down, a replacement is called at random from the jury pool to fill the seat, and the question process starts anew with the new jurors. This will go on until all 12 seats are filled and both sides state they have no further challenges. The court stands in recess from 12:00pm to 1:30am for lunch. The court reconvenes at 1:30pm. The jury selection process continues from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. Court scheduled to reconvene the following morning, June 18, 2013, at 9:00am for the continuation of this process.	021
33.	(Tue.) June 18, 2013	Courtroom #34, 8:30am, Ventura County Hall of Justice. Judge Guasco presiding. I filed, with the judicial assistant, three (3) additional pretrial motions, Pretrial Motion #10 - Motion to Prohibit Prosecution's Expression of Affection in the Direction of the Jury Pool; Pretrial Motion #11 - Motion to Set Aside Current Jury Selection Process (on two grounds) and Start Over; Pretrial Motion #12 - Motion for the Dismissal of counts 2, 5, 7 on Additional Grounds. Upon taking the bench, about 9am, Judge Guasco addresses the three (3) additional motions submitted by me. The judge explains the tradition of standing up whenever the jurors enter the courtroom, and will take no additional arguments on that issue, i.e. Pretrial Motion #10, from me. This motion, which asks the court to prohibit the prosecution from showing signs of affection in the direction of the jury pool every time they enter the room, is denied. I am allowed to speak on Pretrial Motions #11 and #12. Pretrial Motion #11 brings forward the prosecution's behavior before the jury, as noted, and the powerful character assasinating remarks made by some prospective jurors in relationship to self-represented (pro persona) individuals, which had the combined effect of prejudicing the whole jury pool against the defendant, as grounds for starting the jury selection process over. These motions are denied. The jury pool is brought back into the courtroom, and the jury selection process continues. The process of selecting a panel of 12 jurors and one (1) alternate is completed that morning, at about 10:00am. I questioned no jurors, nor challenged any juror. I did not use any of my preemptory challenges. The jury is then sworn in, they all stand, raise their right hand, as the court clerk reads the oath, and finally given some initial instructions, to which they all say, I DO. The trial commmences with the prosecution's opening statement. Deputy DA Mr. Slyker is an accomplished public speaker. He is good at what he does. He has good form, and good poise before the jury. Though his opening statement is filled with exagerations and hyperbole. He could play the part on a TV show quite well. I waive an opening statement. Prosecution calls its first and primary witness. The prosecution's questioning of this witness continues up to the noon hour. In as much as the judge has previous commitments for this afternoon, the court stands in recess until the next morning, June 19, 2013, at 9:00am.	022
34.	(Wed.) June 19, 2013	Courtroom #34, 9:00am, Ventura County Hall of Justice. Judge Guasco presiding. Judge takes the bench at 9:09am. The jury is called into the courtroom. The prosecution questioning of its primary witness continues, and is completed before noon. After the lunch break, the prosection calls and questions its second witness and its third witness. The jury is excused for the remainder of the day. In each case I waive my right to cross examine the witnesses. The remainder of the day is spent settling jury instructions. The court adjourns about 3:20pm to reconvene the following morning, June 20, 2013, at 9:00am.	023
35.	(Thurs.) June 20, 2013	Courtroom #34, 9:00am, Ventura County Hall of Justice. Judge Guasco presiding. Judge takes the bench at 8:55am. Jury is brought into the courtroom, they take their place in the jury box. The prosecution rests. I waive my right to give an opening statement. I have no witnesses, no evidence. I waive my right to testify on my own behalf. Judge reads the instructions to the jury. The prosecution gives its closing statement. When asked for my closing statement, I stated to the judge that I would continue to exercise my right to remain silent and decline to give a closing statement. The judge gives further instructions to the jury. The judge then gives the case to jury for deliberation. The jury retires to deliberate. The court stands in recess at 10:30am pending the announcement of a verdict. At about 11:45am, I am notified that the jury has reached a verdict. The court will reconvene at 1:30pm to hear the verdict. The court reconvenes at 1:30pm. The jury is brought into the courtroom. The judge asks them if they have a verdict. The jury foreperson declares they have a verdict. The foreperson gives the verdict forms to the bailiff who passes them to the judge, who looks them over, and passes them to the court clerk. The judge asks me to rise. The court clerk reads the verdict. The verdict is guilty on all eight (8) counts. I am asked to sit down. The judge thanks the jury for thier service and dismisses them. The judge turns his attention to the question of scheduling a sentencing hearing. The sentencing hearing will occur on Wednesday morning, June 26, 2013, 9:00am, Courtroom #34.	024
36.	(Wed.) June 26, 2013	Courtroom #34, 9:00am, Ventura County Hall of Justice. Judge Guasco presiding. Sentencing hearing. The Deputy DA handed me a copy of his proposed probabtion terms. As I had not seen this document before, I asked for time to study it. The judge denied my request. Deputy DA Slyker stated for the court, his expectations as to the sentence he thought the circumstances required. One witness called in support of the prosecution's position. I asked that I be given time to order a transcript of this testimony, time to study it, and time to respond to it with my own witnesses. The judge denied my request. I was given the opportunity to say what was on my mind before the sentence was pronounced. My main point was that there was nothing at all criminal about my actions, that I stood up as a good citizen to fight against the rise of racism in the Republican Party. This was a noble cause, not a criminal cause. The Judge cut me off. And gave us a little talk on the subject of "ordered liberty" the kind of liberty you have when a blind eye is turned to the requirements of the constitution. The judge pronouced sentenced, 45 days in jail, suspended, 36 months probabtion. $2,000 fine. Probation terms to include, turning the sign off no later then 5:00pm that day. Bringing the installation into "compliance" with all codes and laws by July 24, 2013, or its removal by that date.	025
37.	(Wed.) June 26, 2013	I arrived at my home in Newbury Park about 12:30pm. I had 4 hours and 30 minutes to decide whether my conscience would allow me to turn off the neon sign installatin, and the red emergency lights at 5pm. This was not a close call. Understanding the illegal nature of the court order in this respect, my conscience would not allow me to comply. The sign installation stayed on. As a veteran I took an oath to support and defend the constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. I am still bound by that oath. In my pursuit of this sacred labor, I have discovered that the enemy of American freedom is not in some foreign country, but right here in hometown America. I found out that we have enemies of the constitution, living in our neighborhood, employed in local governement agencies, employed in the District Attorney's Office, and now sitting on the bench as trial judges. Complacency and neglect by citizens who have failed to be vigilant over decades, have allowed the shadow of tyranny to enfold our sacred traditions with the represensible distortions of tryanny. My conscience tells me, that I must stand up and fight back.	---
38.	(Thu.) June 27, 2013	Newbury Park, 8:30am, sheriff's deputy and code compliance officer on the doorstep. I was presented with a citation charging the violation of probation terms, requireing my signature as a promise to appear in court on the following Monday, July 1, 2013	---
39.	(Mon.) July 1, 2013	Courtroom #34, 9:00AM, Judge Guasco presiding. Probation violation arraignment. At the opening of this hearing, the judge indicated to me that I was experiencing some of the pitfalls of self-representation that he warned me about months ago, in as much as I was now facing what amounts to years in jail, given the multiplicity of counts and probation terms allegedly violated. Before I had arrived in the parking lot of the Hall of Justice this morning, I had already decided that this would be a good time to ask for the assistance of the public defender. I took this opportunity to agree with the judge that this would be a good time to request the services of a public defender. There was a public defender in the courtroom at that point who stepped up as a friend of the court to help me through the financial evaluation that needed to take place before a public defender could be appointed. We took a brief break for that purpose. This friend of the court declared that I was eligable, and then the judge roped her in, at the very moment to represent me. She knew nothing about the case. Basically she denied the probabation allegations on my behalf, and argued for a two week continuance on the probation violation arraignment to give the public defender's office the time to assign a permanent public defender to this case, and to give that attorney the time to read the case file. I was reeleased on Own Recognizance (OR) with the stipulation that I follow all probation terms. HOWEVER ... After my public defender has left the courtroom, and the bailiff asked me to sign the minute order, I balked. I asked for time to think about it. By signing the minute order, I would be agreeing to the probation terms. I did not agree with the probation terms. So I could not sign it. I took this time, and the bailiff gave me some time, to ask him questions about what life was like in jail. He went on in a considerable amount of detail. But nothing he said had any impact on this decision process. My conscience was firm. I could not sign. This initiated a minor castrophe, that forced the judge to schedule another hearing on this issue later that day at 1:30pm in this courtroom.	026
40.	(Mon.) July 1, 2013	Courtroom #34, 1:30PM, Judge Guasco presiding. Hearing held on the issue of my refusing to sign the minute order. My temporary public defender was called in from another courtroom. We had to wait a little bit before she arrived. She was not happy. When all parties were present, the judge took the bench, and my public defender asked for time to conference with me. The judge recessed the hearing for this purpose. We went into the conference room just off the courtroom entryway. This public defender was aghast at the idea that I would refuse to sign the minute order. I told her this was a matter of conscience. I tried to explain to her what the case was about. She did not want to hear about it. She was frustrated to be sure. She had another case going in another courtroom, and she knew nothing about this case, and was not going to be my assigned attorney. At any rate, nothing she said had any bearing on my decision. My conscience would not allow me to sign the minute order. When returning to the defense table, and all parties were present, the judge returned to the bench, and asked the public defender whether her client has anything anything different to say on this issue of signing the minute order. She says, "No." At that point, Judge Guasco, states for the record that he has no choice but to remand me into custody, and orders the bailiff to carry out this task. The bailiff walks over to the defense table, and asks me to stand, and to turn around and place my hands behind my back. And he put a pair of handcuffs on my wrists. Cold steel. I was led into the custodial waiting room to be processed into the jail system.	027
41.	(Mon.) July 1, 2013	Courtroom #34, 2:30PM - After being led into the custodial waiting room, the bailiff took off the handcuffs. The bailiff told me to hand over all personal items. I was frisked and searched. I was ordered to take my shoelaces out of my hiking boots, and hand them over. All my personal stuff was put into sturdy clear plastic bags, and sealed. This bailiff had a hard time stuffing all of my stuff into the size of bags he had on hand in his desk. It was a unique form of torture just watching him struggle with this task. I had a lot of stuff, as I came to court for a hearing, lots of papers, and other stuff. At one point, another bailiff came to visit for some reason and he suggested that larger bags be used, and he volunteered to go get them, which he did. That made things a lot easier for this guy, I must say. A list of contents was provided for me to sign at that point. The elevator was sent up from the basement to get me. The elevator has a narrow cage at the back wherein I was shut in for the ride down into the basement area. A deputy sheriff stood outside this cage to operate the elevator. When the elevator door opened I was escorted through a large holding cell area, and into the main booking area. I was told to stand and face a particular wall with my hands behind my back. I was searched again. Even more thoroughly. And finger printed using computerized equipment that did not seem to work very well in my case, as the computer kept beeping and indicating an error. Actually, when I was released on July 25, they needed to scan my right index finger to maker sure I was the person they thought I was, and they had no record of me in the system, in terms of that fingerprint. That was because the machine they used to scan my fingers, hands, and nearly everything, kept beeping errors during the initial booking process. At any rate, I was master booked there over the course of several hours. There was a lot of waiting around in small cells. The cells would gradually fill up as the day wore on. Finally, they took all of our civilian clothes, and gave us our jail house blues, but we had to take a shower before we could put them on. Once my group had there jail house blues and a shower, we got dressed, and they herded us into another small cell, wherein we waited for several more hours. This was getting quite late. We were finally moved into a regular cell block about 3AM, given our bed roll, and mattress, and sent to a particular cell, where at least we could lay down and sleep. This first cell block is known as the suicide watch, where they try to identify those people who were really freaking out, and who obviously could not handle the situation. I never saw anybody like that. Like I said before, everybody learns to cope with the situation. The last thing that was done before we were moved, from the booking area, was step out of the cell, and have a deputy place a plastic ID braclet around the wrist of every inmate in our cell. This was made out of very tough plastic. It had our name on it, a color mug shot, and booking number, and the name of the jail. It was riveted together. It was not going to come off.	028
42.	(Tue) July 2 (Wed.) July 3 (Thu.) July 4	Suicide watch cellblock area. Second Tier, Cell #1. First cell mate Joshua, who told me about his experiences with occupy LA. He faced the LA police forces when they overan the occupied area. That took courage. And I got to hear all about how they were all herded into huge police buses, and transported to the LA jail, and I learned all about life in the LA Jail system too. From this description, I believe the Ventura County Jail is a much better place. The food is a lot better from what I can understand. Second cell mate was Chris, who told me all about his life as a super salesman, until drugs got the best of him. Muli-talented individual, and of course a great talker, whose real passion in life were his huge Aquariums. It was fascinating to hear about them, and all the kinds of fish he had in them, both salt water and fresh water.	---
43.	(Fri.) July 5, 2013	In the early hours of Friday, July 5 2013, at 3:00AM, the command "SHOWERS ROLL OUT!" came over the cell intercom. I was transferred from the suicide watch section, to a regular housing section, on the top tier. H-4 cell 7. I would remain there until I was rolled out for discharge on July 25.	---
44.	(Mon.) July 15, 2013	Courtroom #13, 8:30AM, Judge Coleman presiding. This is the calendar court. I have been in this courtroom before, several times, but not from this perspective, from the standpoint of a person in custody who must sit in a large cage under the supervision of deputies. It is quite a process being transferred from the main jail facility, into the underground holding cell facility under the courthouse, and finally elevatored up to the courtroom, and finally into this holding cage. I remember thinking to myself when I was in this courtroom before, how sad it would be to be locked up in that cage over there. I felt sorry for those guys. Well, here I was in that very cage myself. And wearng leg irons to boot. From the outside, you can't tell that every person in custody has these cuffs and shackles around their ankles. This is hidden by the banister. But I can tell you it is areally demeaning experience, worse than handcuffs, emotionally more depressing, and actually physically painful, as they make you walk down these super long hall ways in these things, and they grate against your ankles. It is no exageration to say it is mild form of torture. And this was the first time I had actually met my public defender face to face, and the first time I had spoken to her about the case on an substantive level. I had contacted her via the phone fronm the cell block, but she had told me she had not read my case file, so what I said would not mean anything to her. So this is the first time that we spoke, and it was through the cage bars, with me on the inside and her on the outside. I did not appreciate that, as I would have expected to meet my attorney in a more civilized setting. And she had still not read my case file. She told me that the DA had a deal for me. I could go home today, she said, with no sanction on these probation violation charges, if I would admit to the probation violation, and agree to the probation terms. We needed to go back and forth, in additional negotiations, before we had the terms pinned down. And it was clear, I had the same choice before me. If I went home, I would have to turn the neon sign off, or if it was already off, I could not turn it back on. I said I would need a couple days to think about it, and Deputy DA Slyker agreed to a continuance until Friday Morning, July 17, 2013. After this business was carried out, I sat back down to watch and listen to the rest of the cases as they were processed. The morning session in this court runs through 11:30AM, and sometimes longer. When all the business is done, only then do we get processed back to the main jail facility.	029
45.	(Tues.) July 16, 2013	Video Conference Room - Main Jail - 4:15 - 4:45pm. I was escorted to the video conference room to confer with my public defender. This was a disaster as far as I am concerned. There are some very complex issues in this case, and we could only spend 20 minutes talking about what was going to happen during the next hearing. Though I am getting this now I believe, that these public defenders are so overworked, that if they don't have to go deep into a case, to deal with a particular issue, then they won't spend the time, in as much they don't have the time. My public defender carries a case load of 120.	---
46.	(Thu.) July 17, 2013	Courtroom #13, 8:30AM, Judge Coleman presiding. This is the calendar court again. I was again processed from the main jail facility into the courtroom basement holding cell facility, and finally up into the courtroom cage via the elevator. My public defender was in trial in another courtroom, so she had to send a standin, who happened to be her boss, Mr. Kodman, the very person who has assigned her to this case. Given the fact that I did not have an opportunity to get to the important issues during my video conference with my assigned public defender the previous afternoon, I had a lot to say to this one, again, speaking to him through the cage bars. One thing I wanted to get across was the fact that we were facing a deadline on the filing of the notice of appeal in this case. He instantly understood the problem there, had me sit down, and he arranged for one of his people to file that notice on that day. I wanted a two-week continuance to give my public defender an opportunity to read the case file, which she had not done yet. This public defender did not think that was a good thing. My idea was to hop this probation violation hearing over, above, and around the sentencing review hearing that was coming up on July 24, 2013, a hearing that was already calendered. He thought that this was not neccessary, and got me to agree with him that we would just lump everything together for hearing on July 24. Actually all in all that worked out ok. The probation violation arraignment was continued to July 24.	030
47.	(Wed.) July 24, 2013	Courtroom #34, 9:00AM, Judge Guasco presiding. I was again processed from the main jail facility, and into the into the basement holding cell facility under the courthouse, and finally elevatored up to this courtroom #34. Here, there is no holding cage, but only a small holding room, actually the very same one into which I was remanded on July 1st. It is a quiet room, though the bench is positioned too close to the wall in my opinion. There was business going on in the courtroom when I arrived, so I had to wait. Couldn't hear much, and could not see anything but the blank walls of this small holding area. I sat quietly waiting for my public defender to appear. When the door finally opened, it was another stand-in, though very attractive I must admit, a young woman of Indian descent, i.e. from the country of India. This was the public defender who has been tasked to file my notice of appeal it turns out. And her task today, was simply to make excuses for my assigned public defender who was in trial in another courtroom, seeking a continuance of one day. This continuance was granted, and I was processed back to my cell block in a very quick manner.	031
48.	(Thu.) July 25, 2013	Courtroom #34, 1:30pm, Judge Guasco presiding. I was again processed from the main jail facility, into the basement holding cell facility under the courthouse, and finally elevatored up to this courtroom #34. I would mention that before starting this journey, I was thinking that the crowd in the underground holding cells would have to be smaller in the afternoon, and I looked forward to that. But it turned out that when I arrived at the holding cell below, it was nearly full then. And the noise was twice as loud as I had heretofore experienced. After a 45 minute wait, I was the first person called out to the elevators. Arriving up in the small holding room associated with Courtroom #34, I was not alone there, as a young woman was being remanded into custody when I arrived. She was very frightened. I was sorry to see it. After she was taken down, via the elevator, and in the direction of the booking area, I waited quietly, by myself, in this little room, for my public defender to appear. The person who walked through the door was not my public defender, but her boss again, Mr. Kodman, for which I was grateful. At least we can talk about the case. He explained that my assigned public defender was in trial, and we needed to trail these proceedings again. And that he would handle that today. The issues that we were supposed to face in this hearing are too complex to even try to talk about in this format. But when we took to the defense table and the judge called the hearing to order, things progressed in such a manner, that it was obvious that Mr. Kodman was not going to get away with a simple continuance, and that it was apparent that I needed some time to confer with him in regards to the direction in which the preceeding were now headed. We were locked into the little room to talk over an abundance of issues, while another hearing went on, regarding a person who was trying to keep the DA from sending him back to prison for life. When our hearing began again, about an hour later, things progressed in such a manner that after making a heroic effort to persuade the judge to consider a modification of the probation terms, in a manner that would have met me half way on the conscience issue, the Judge ORDERED me released under the existing probabtion terms, gave me no chance to refuse to agree with those terms (even though the docket says signature required). Judge Guasco set the next hearing date for August 22, 2013, 8:30am, when he will take testimony on the question of whether I have fulfilled the probation terms (everything properly permitted and in compliance with all laws, or removed). I was placed into the elevator about 5pm, and road that down to the basement area, along with this other defendant. We were the last inmates to be processed back to the main jail facility that evening. All in all, this was a dramatic hearing. It should have been caught on video tape. I will never forget it.	032
49.	(Thu.) July 26, 2013	When I arrived back in my cell block, I was handed my dinner trays, and in as much as all cells were in lock down, I couldn't linger in the day room, where they have nice stainless steel dinner tables. I had to take my trays up to my cell, the door of was already standing open beckoning me in. I ate my dinner, standing up at my bunk, using that as my in cell dinner table. And I must take this opportunity to say, that the food in this jail is good. The people who put our meals together deserve to be recognized for a job well done. I say to them, each one, thankyou. Now, I didn't know how long it would be until the roll out order would come booming all of a sudden out of the cell intercom, but I figured it might be expected to come about 8:00pm, so I had a couple of hours to wait. I made myself comfortable on my upper bunk, got into reading a Tom Clancy book, The Sum of All Fears, which is required reading in every Al Qaeda cell around the world, and every American should understand exactly why that is the case, and made sure I emptied all useful items out of my property box, to give to my new cell mate, CJ, who had arrived just the day before. And I took a little nap as well. And indeed, at 8:00PM, a loud voice boomed over the cell intercom, "SHOWERS, ROLL OUT!", and the cell door rolled open. I dressed, not so fast as you learn that everything around here is hurry up and wait, rolled up my mattress, grabbed my property box, much lighter now, only containing my paperwork, and I was out the door, and down the stairs to the main cell block door. I said a few goodbyes to my fellow inmates, the cell block door rolled open, and the discharge process began. Leaving the cell block at about 8:10, two hours later, a 10:10pm, I was in my car, and driving down Victoria avenue. After treating my fellow releasees to a modest feast at the McDonalds on Seaward Avenue, and then dropping them off at their respective homes, two in Oxnard, and one in Santa Paula, a service I was grateful to render, leaving me with another special memory, and saving them a considerable walk in the dead of night, I arrived home after midnight, at 12:30AM, a free man. Or was I? Was I free to be the person whom my heart demanded that I be? NO. I was still a prisoner of an illegal court order. An illegal court order that was like a torture chamber for my soul. I recall this admonishment uttered by the Master Jesus Christ 2,000 years ago. He said, "fear not those who can only kill the body. But fear those who can both kill the body, and destroy the soul in hell. I tell you, Fear them." When the power of the state is coercing a citizen to violate conscience, which is the voice of divinity in man, what we are seeing is the raw power of government being used to destroy the soul. In this process, by which the power of government is used to destroy the individual will to stand up for the truth, in this we see the process by which the soul is destroyed. Think about it. Just as the bone structure is the framework for the physical body, which allows that body to stand upright, and to have mobility, in like manner, the internal will, the internal determination, to stand up for the truth, represents the same kind of structural framework which allows the body of the soul to stand upright, and to have mobility. Without mobility, the soul will die, it will starve just as surely as the physical body would starve, without the capacity to move in the direction of nourishment. Without nourishment, no aspect of life can survive, not even the soul. Without the will to stand up for the truth, the soul is like a rag doll which cannot walk, let alone fly. Crumpled on the ground, beaten down by the forces of fear, no longer able to even lift its head, let alone to lift itself off the ground, there, with the bare earth for its pillow, unable to move in the direction of sustanance, the flame of life will flicker, and must eventually go out.	---

August 1, 2013	Understanding that the life of my very soul is in jeopardy, through this process of bending before the illegal order to turn off my expression of the truth, which is fully protected by the first amendment, I had no other choice, as a matter of self-preservation, as a matter of personal survival, but to respectfully disobey that unlawful order. The life of my soul is far more important than what is considered "liberty" by this judge. I must stand up for the truth as my heart directs me. The entire neon sign installation, so beautiful in its clear and comforting colors, was brought back to life at 8:00AM August 1, 2013. I know that the angels of heaven rejoiced when the light was again shining and without fear. The feeling one can have when fear is not a controlling factor in our life, and the feeling one can have when you stand up for what you know in your heart is true, not counting the cost, is a combination of inner sentiment that is like unto a living and breathing skylight, which allows the rays of paradise itself to shine upon the landscape of the soul.	---

58.	(Thurs.) August 22, 2013	Hearing in Courtroom #34, before Judge Guasco, 8:30AM. I came to this hearing ready to be sentenced to a long term in jail, as this is what the judge had threatened, not once, but twice, if I did not comply with the probation terms. As a matter of conscience, I had consistently refused to comply with these terms, as they were illegal. I was taught, as a veteran, that I no obligation to obey an unlawful order. And so, I was ready to pay the full consequence of my stand on that point on this day. For this hearing, since I was not in jail, having been set free late evening August 6, I could arrive at the courthouse in my own car, and at the courtroom, wearing my monk's robe as usual. This was the first time I got to speak to my assigned public defender face to face, and not through a courtroom cage. That was a nice change. My public defender, Ms. Benthale, conferred with the Deputy DA Slyker, and then conferred with me. The matters to be handled at this hearing were a matter of agreement for all parties if I would plead guilty to the violation of probation terms. As this was the truth I had no problem with that. Now, as to the issues at bar, as a consequence of the proceedings of the last hearing before Judge Guasco on July 26, 2013, where I was ordered again to comply with the probation terms, and then discharged from custody, this hearing was placed on the calendar for the purpose of reviewing the situation, some 30 days later, to determine whether or not I had used the intervening time to comply with the probation terms. However, since the neon sign installation had been confiscated by VCRMA on August 5, 2013, this matter was considered moot by all parties, as "removal" was one of the probation terms. The neon sign installation had been removed. Not by me, but by an illegal act of confiscation by VCRMA. No matter. This issue was now moot. On another related matter, as a result of the hearing on August 6, in courtroom #11, where I appeared for an arraignment on the charge of the violation of probation terms resulting from the fact that I did turn the neon installation back ON August 1, 2013, and in terms of a new charge, and a new case, filed, resulting from my violation of a court order to shut off the neon signs on August 2, 2013, in the presence of sheriff's deputies, a refusal that led to my arrest and incarceration again, these additional matters had been continued to this hearing date, for a continuation of arraignment proceedings on those issues. On these issues, the Deputy District Attorney Slyker stated that the DA's Office was not inclined to press forward the new charge which stemmed from my refusal to turn off the signs in the presence of the sheriff's deputies. That charge was summarily dropped at this point. And as a matter of the charge for the violation of probation terms, for turning the sign ON the morning of August 1, 2013, I pled guilty, I was sentenced to five days in jail on that charge, and since I had five days jail time credit, August 2-6, Judge Guasco declared that the new sentence was deemed served. Dear Friends of Freedom: The only way evil can triumph is for good men to stand by and do nothing.

For my part, I stood up and I gave it my best effort, with the neon sign installation that I built in my front yard, to make sure that the Monster of Mormon Racism did not make it into the White House.

The election was close, but this important goal was achieved. Mitt Romney was defeated, and a great victory was won against this bold attempt to resurrect racism in America.

It is my hope and belief that my efforts with my neon sign and Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com contributed in some small way to that victorious outcome.

However, after the election, I find that I am being carried into court on a wave of partisan anger and retaliation, to face criminal charges for my efforts in this regard. That's right, criminal charges that hold the threat of jail time over my head.

On Friday, November 16, 2012, I was ordered into court by the Ventura County District Attorney's Office, under the threat of arrest if I did not appear, to face (4) criminal misdemeanor charges related to alleged violations of various building codes and zoning regulations related to the Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com neon sign installation. (People vs. Showers, Steven Scott, Case Number 2012040341 M A).

I wore my monks robe to court to signify the God-Centered nature of this whole project. God our Father is totally against Racism. I mounted a shield onto my shepherd's staff, and pasted onto that shield the text of Article 1, Section 2, of the California Constitution's Declaration of Rights. This is to signify my unwavering conviction that this constitutional safeguard is supposed to shield my free speech and publishing rights from any effort of the California State Government to suppress those rights. One Deputy Sheriff stopped me to make sure the shield was plastic. Once he was sure it was plastic, he let me pass.

This Neon Sign Installation in my front yard provides us with a perfect example of exactly what Article 1, Section 2, of the California Constitution was meant to protect from any effort of the government to suppress the free speech and publishing rights of the individual citizen. Indeed, I remember this insightful statement made by a radio talk show host to me months ago, that these constitutional safeguards are not needed to protect popular speech. They are needed to project unpopular speech.

First, we have a purely political, issue oriented, statement published for the sole purpose of impacting the political discourse during a national election cycle.

Second, we have the anger of both religious and political partisans who are offended by the message, and deeply opposed to it, stirring a government agency into action to suppress the speech.

Here we see this government agency trying to influence the content of the civic debate during an election cycle. This constitutional safeguard forbids this.

If anyone would take the time to look at this situation through the eyes of common sense, juxtaposing the circumstances, side by side with the purpose and plain meaning of this constitutional safeguard, the conclusion is too obvious. The efforts by these officials to shut down this publishing operation, under the color of law, are unconstitutional.

This neon sign installation serves no other purpose other than to express and publish a political, social, and civil rights related opinion. Under this constitutional safeguard, Article 1, Section 2, of the California Constitution, there is no entry point for government control.

Yet we have government functionaries in Ventura County, beginning with the Ventura County Resource Management Agency, and now the District Attorney's Office, who are oblivious to the constitutional situation, and press ahead with a mindless attempt to label this a criminal operation, to have it finally shut down.

During the hearing before Judge Bennett, in Courtroom #11, on November 16, 2012, I was given two weeks time to hire an attorney. Of course, I don't have the resources to hire an attorney. And I came to the decision that it was probably in my best interests anyway to represent myself as I have a very clear idea of what my constitutional rights are in this situation.

At the subsequent hearing before Judge Bennett on the morning of Friday, November 30, 2012, I made known my intent to rerpresent myself. After the judge assented to my request for self-representation, he read the charges, four counts, flashing sign, glare, etc., in the same tone of severity I think that he would have used to read 4 counts of bank robbery. He asked for my plea. I said "Not Guilty." And he scheduled a Jury Trial process to begin on January 11, 2013. Before this ever gets to a jury, there are many questions of law that need to be resolved, which I intend to bring up in the pre-trial motion phase of the proceedings.

It is peculiarly un-American, a definite corruption of the American Spirit of Freedom, that an honest effort to participate in the political process, in a creative, colorful, and dramatic manner, would end with criminal charges being filed against this energetic citizen, indeed charges that threaten imprisonment in the county jail.

I am committed to standing, and fighting these charges. But I don't have the resources to finance any kind of meaningful defense. Therefore, I am asking all who consider themselves friends of freedom, to please consider a donation to our legal defense fund. I would appreciate very much receiving some help in this area to carry this fight forward.

As a contribution incentive, and as a way to fight back in a colorful, and dramatic manner, I will send to anyone making a contribution of $1000 or more, one of the smaller 24 inch neon signs, each one hand made of course, in the U.S., each one a work of art of course, and if you have the courage to hang it up in your front window, you would be helping to advertise this fight for the defense of a basic freedom, and perhaps help ignite a neon rebellion in Ventura County, and across the nation. A national neon revolution sounds good to me.

Some people may think that now that the election is over, that Romney's Racist Heart Dot Com has no reason to proceed forward. But nothing could be further from the truth.

While we narrowly won this battle to keep the Monster of Mormon Racism out of the White House this time around, the fact remains that 58 million Americans voted to put that Monster into the White House. This streak of callousness and insensitivity in the Republican Party needs to be confronted directly, and cleaned out, or the Party will die as a relevant force in American politics going forward.

Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com will pursue this effort of confronting racism in the Republican Party primarily through Operation Pegasus, the first ever class action law suit against the Mormon Church for their 182 year long campaign of character assassination, slander, defamation, and libel perpetrated upon the black and off-white races of this nation and planet.

When this lawsuit is won, the Republican Party will be directly linked to the force of racism in the public mind. This alone, I am sorry to say, is the only kind of pressure that will force the Republican Elite to confront their weaknesses in this area.

Therefore, the fight against racism in the Republican Party goes on. And the memory of the Republican Alliance with the Monster of Mormon Racism, will be kept alive in the public mind through the lighting up of hundreds of these Romney Racist Heart Dot Com neon signs across the nation.

I will file papers to set up Romneys Racist Heart Dot Com as a charitable trust, under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS tax code. That means that your contributions will be retroactively tax deductible when this status is approved.

Remember, please, we are not just defending an individual here, but defending the constitutional rights of all Californians, even resurrecting the California Constitution's Declaration of Rights, Article 1, Section 2, from the dead. And as this precedent of victory sweeps across the nation, the constitutional rights of all Americans will be given a boost of new life. As you know, local bureaucrats, county to county, across the nation have been flexing their muscles against the people's constitution rights for decades now, and we have an opportunity to set a precedent here that may be of substantial benefit to others.

One person's fight for the integrity of our constitutional safeguards is everyone's fight. When one person loses his rights we all lose. Indeed, the chains that are being thrown around me, have been thrown around others before me. The people who wore those chains before me, their freedoms died in those chains. The smell of death is all about them, the death of liberty itself. We need to throw those chains into the trash can once and for all.

First, imagine that you are looking at yourself in the mirror.

Second, imagine that your own skin is black.

Third, see in your black skin, what Mormon Doctrine teaches (2 Nephi 5:21) that in the color of your skin is the record of the curse God placed upon you. That in the color of your skin is the record of God's Anger at you personally, that he saw YOU as such a disreputable creature at some point, that he turned your skin black.

Fourth, please decide in your own heart, how you see this curse of black skin. Is this an act of Love that God has sent to you personally, or do you see it as an act of cruelty that God has sent to you personally?

Fifth, please decide in your own heart, how this makes you feel about yourself. Does this make you feel good that God has cursed you with black skin, or does this make you feel bad?

Sixth, please decide in your own heart, how this makes YOU feel about God Himself. As you contemplate the record of God's Anger at YOU, recorded in the color of your black skin, how does that make YOU feel about God? Does this help you to like God more, appreciate God more, and Love God more, to cuddle up in his arms for comfort? Or does this cause you to Resent God more, to draw away, to turn away, to place a greater distance between you and Him? Does this make you feel good about God, or bad about God?

Seventh, how does that make YOU feel, that God has given to you, in your skin color, an inescapable, and permanent record of his anger at you, a record that comes alive in your awareness every time you look in the mirror?

Eighth, how does that make you feel about yourself, when you look at your black skin, and reach the obvious conclusion, that God has impressed this fact upon your mind, that by making your skin black, that you will never escape this "truth", that all the white people around you have a higher and better moral character than you?

     The Republican Party is sitting in the very lap of this Mormon Racist Monster, and as a group, they are totally clueless. These Republican zealots, frothing at the mouth with hatred for Mr. Obama, illustrate for the whole nation this principle, that without vision, the people perish. How does this happen? Partisan hatred shuts down the moral vision of the people. Hatred blinds people to moral truth. This is axiomatic. In their hatred for Mr. Obama, they have made the Devil Himself into their ally. But the rest of the nation has vision enough left to see this Mormon Racist Monster sticking its nose under the tent wall, trying to push itself back into the political mainstream.

     Given the Correlation of political forces in America as they stand today, and as they are expected to continue into the foreseeable future, unless a miraculous turnaround is engineered, and quickly, the Republican Party will soon perish as a relevant force in American government and politics.

     This is like watching the second of the twin towers collapse all over again, but this time in slow motion, right in front of our very eyes.

     The center of the American Political Spectrum, populated by Independent voters, determines who is given the reigns of power in this nation. If they swing left, they place power in the hands of the Democrat Party. If they swing right, they place power in the hands of the Republican Party.

     As Independent voters cast their ballots primarily on economic and safety issues, they will never again be tempted to sway to the right as long as the Republican Party continues to associate itself with the Racist Sympathies of the Mormon Religion. Why?

     They will ask themselves two simple questions. First, what benefits are there to the economy if Racial Tensions are amplified, and Race Riots again become part of our metropolitan experiences? Second, what benefits are there to the safety of families if Racial Tensions are amplified, and Race Riots again become part of our metropolitan experiences? They will see clearly, that there are zero benefits associated with either scenario.

     Therefore, as long as the Republican Party is seen by Independents as providing a platform upon which Mormon Racist Ideology is raised up into a position of honor in the American culture, they will never again receive any significant support from the Independent center. This will spell the death of the Republican Party as a force in American politics.

     I ask every American to please consider, in the most sober manner, the profound implications of this.

     Because this swing in the direction of Racist Sympathies by the Republican Party will leave the Democrat Party as the only force in American politics that will receive the Independent Vote, this will leave the Democrat Party as the only unified force in American politics. This swing in the direction of Racist Sympathies by the Republican Party is, therefore, the harbinger of the emergence of a One Party State in America. As the Republican Party commits suicide, that leaves only the Democrat Party standing. What does one-party rule mean for America? What does it mean for America, as its people experiment with the validity of this principle, that absolute power corrupts absolutely?

     This would be a disaster for America. And because this would be a disaster for America, it must follow, as day follows night, that to save the Grand Old Party from the onslaught of Mormon Racist Sympathy, is to save the American Democracy.      Every American needs to come to grips with this truth, that the Republicans, in their blind hatred for Mr. Obama, are playing with fire, playing with matches in a tinder dry field.

     Once you read the evidence, then you can decide for yourself if there are teachings in Mormon Racist Doctrine that deeply offend the black, and off-white, races of this nation and planet. Anyone who understands the English language will quickly discover that the Republicans stand poised to drop a lit match into this lake of high octane gasoline. If even the appearance of sympathy or acceptance of this highly charged racist ideology is raised to the level of authority and legitimacy associated with the Office of the Presidency of the United States, this would spell the certain emergence, within all minority communities, of a unified posture of anger, antagonism, and hatred directed at a (potential) Willard M. Romney Administration, raising the level of racial tension uniformly throughout the nation, wherein race riots could be sparked once again. Would it be good for America, in any manner, to provoke and fan to life the explosive mixture of racial tensions in our cities?

     Partisan Republicans, trapped in a partisan frenzy of hatred for Barrack Obama, and blinded by it, will say, "Who cares?" Nailing Obama to the cross is the only thing that matters to them. But that is not the attitude of the Independent Center. The great majority of these Americans, when they look at the already fragile equation of racial harmony in this nation, will say, "We don't want anything to do with stirring up racial tensions in this nation. Let Mr. Obama stay for another four years. Given the choice before us, that would be the best thing for America."

     For their part, totally oblivious to the common sense of the situation at the current moment, the Republican Party, for its own good, needs a sharp slap upside the head, so that it will wake up. The voters of America have the power to deliver it.

     Let all people of Good Conscience in America refuse to cast a vote for the standard bearer of Mormon Racism, Willard M. Romney. If necessary, let Mr. Obama win another four years with a resounding landslide. Let that landslide send this message to the whole world:

     Let every American participate in sending this message loud and clear, by refusing to mark the box for Willard M. Romney on any ballot.
